SIMON AT PALMS PLACE HOSTS EASTER BRUNCH
AND EGG HUNT APRIL 24

Las Vegas – Simon at Palms Place is hosting a children’s poolside egg hunt and decadent Easter brunch. The Sunday spread will feature Simon’s signature selections as well as additional delicious items for families to enjoy and will be served from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Easter Sunday, April 24, with the egg hunt beginning at 9 a.m.

Simon’s Easter brunch buffet includes:

*Warm hot cross buns

*Chocolate croissant bread pudding

*Brown sugar spiral ham, carved to order

*Spring leg of lamb, carved to order

*Homemade mint jelly

*Green bean casserole

*Potato gratin

*Sweet peas and baby carrots

 Kids’ Easter brunch buffet:

*Simon French toast sticks

*Mini mac n cheese

*Fish sticks

*Triple-decker peanut butter and jelly sandwiches

*Banana Nutella sandwiches

*Cheese pizzas

*Dirt worm cakes

*Peeps

*Easter-inspired candy and chocolates

 The cost is $49 per adult. For children 12 and under, the cost is $29 which includes entry in the egg hunt. 

Simon’s regular brunch menu is served every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and consists of enticing buffet stations including freshly-pressed paninis, sushi and peel ‘n eat shrimp, along with a variety of à la carte items and a Bloody Mary bar. The diverse menu offers something for every craving.

Breakfast:      7 – 11:30 a.m.

Lunch:            11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Sunset:           2:30 – 6 p.m.
