Inspired by the Heraean Games, the first athletic competition for women in ancient Greece, designer Vincent Celano principal at Seed design Studio worked with The ONE Group to deliver a concept that shatters the common perception of a sports bar, creating a chic lounge where patrons can enjoy an upscale dining experience — without missing the game.
Celano worked under the local Architect of Record, KJA, to create an indoor/outdoor bar and lounge experience, which opens the dining and lounge areas to the pool. With an energy that freely moves between these spaces, you’re always in the midst of the action, with a clear view of a large LED screen.
Food and beverage options at Heraea also hit the mark, as The One Group curated a menu that marries seamlessly with the environment in this space. With a take on classic American food, the menu incorporates a range of options, from Chili Cheese Fondue to Filet Mignon and New York Strip cuts of steak as well as a selection of lighter fare and salads.
