When you book a room through palms.com, you will receive the guaranteed lowest rate at Palms Casino Resort and Palms Place Hotel & Spa. This is our promise to you. 

If you find a lower published rate on any one of our rooms, we will not only match that rate, we will also give you an additional 10% off.

What time are standard check-in and standard check-out?

Standard check-in is at 3 pm. Standard check-out is at 11 am.

If you arrive before 3 pm and your room is not available, you can store your luggage at the bell desk. Please note that late check-out requests are subject to availability and occupancy on the date of departure and additional charges may apply. So don’t go too big the night before.

Does the Palms offer a shuttle to and from the airport?

Yes. We have a shuttle service that runs direct from the Palms to the airport on the half hour mark every hour from 6:30am to 5:30pm. The cost is $8.

There are also shuttles that run from the airport to the Palms, however they are not direct and the pricing varies.

Does the Palms offer free parking?

Yes. We offer free self-parking in our two garages as well as free valet. For those who roll big, we also have oversized parking available.

How much is the incidental hold/security deposit?

Our security deposit is $50 per day. Local deposits are higher.

What is the resort fee and what does it include?

The resort fee is a daily fee of $25.00 (plus applicable tax) that is charged at the end of your stay. This is a standard practice at the majority of the hotels in Las Vegas, we promise.

The resort fee includes:

Complimentary In-Room High speed internet service (faster rates available for additional fee)

Complimentary access to Palms Cardio Center & Palms Place Fitness Center

Shuttle Service to and from the Forum Shops 11AM-8PM Daily [please note hours may adjust some]

Daily Newspaper (available at select locations)

Unlimited local and toll-free calls

Airline Boarding Pass printing

Copies and faxes at the Front Desk and Concierge (does not include color and large print jobs)

What is the minimum age required to book a reservation?

The credit card holder on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.

Does the Palms allow pets?

While we love all creatures great and small, we can only provide accommodations for licensed service animals.

Can special amenities, like flowers, be made for guests before they arrive?

Absolutely. We’d love to help make your stay extra special. All VIP amenities will be delivered to the room after check-in. To make arrangements, please call the concierge at 702-944-3272.

Can guests receive mail at the Palms?

Yes. All packages are received and stored at our Business Center. Please make sure the packages are addressed to the person who’s registered as a guest in the hotel. We hold packages for 30 days before they are returned to the sender. The fee varies based on weight and size.

What is the Palms cancellation policy?

If the reservation is booked directly through the Palms, we have a 72-hour cancellation policy.

What is the maximum number of guests per room?

It varies depending on the type of room. Additional guests can be added to the reservation for $30 per person per night in our Ivory and Fantasy Towers and $50 per person per night at the Palms Place Hotel and Spa.

Does the Palms offer childcare?

We do not have childcare services. However, we can help you find childcare facilities nearby. Please call the concierge at 702-944-3272 for assistance.

Does the Palms offer special discounts for military and AAA members?

Yes. We offer a 15% discount for all active duty military personnel and a 10% discount for AAA members. For more information on room types and dates, please call our reservation desk at 866-942-7770.

How do I arrange limo service?

Baller! Limo and car service can be arranged through the concierge. Please call 702-944-3272 for assistance.

Does the Palms charge non-hotel guests for pool access?

Sometimes. The Palms Pool is open to the public and free of charge Monday – Thursday. For non-hotel guests, there’s a cover charge Friday – Sunday that varies by day, occupancy and event. Sundays are free for local residents.

The Palms Place Pool is available exclusively to our registered hotel guests.

Where are the designated smoking areas at the Palms?

Smoking is permitted throughout the casino floor, at both pools, on three floors of the Palms Ivory Tower and at ghostbar and Moon.

The Fantasy Tower, and Palms Place Hotel and Spa are non-smoking.

What is the distance from the Palms to the Palms Place Hotel and Spa?

Palms Place is about a 5 minute walk from the casino floor. For your convenience, we have a Skytube – an enclosed passageway with two moving walkways – that connect the Palms to Palms Place. You should try it. It’s fun.

Does the Palms provide wheelchairs?

Yes. We have a limited number of wheelchairs available at the bell desk on a first-come, first-serve basis. We also have a wheelchair rental service through our concierge. Please call 702-944-3272 for assistance.
