What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time starts at 3:00pm. However, you may check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at the bell desk if a room is not available before 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Please be advised that late check-out requests are subject to availability and occupancy on the date of departure, and additional charges may apply.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle to and from the airport?

The hotel currently does not offer shuttle service to the airport. However, if you would like to book a shuttle, please contact concierge services for assistance at 702-944-3431.

Does the hotel offer free parking?

We do offer free self parking in our two parking garages as well as free valet. For our hotel guests, we also have oversized parking available. Please see a valet attendant for assistance.

How much is the incidental hold/security deposit per day?

Our security deposit is $50 per day.

What is the resort fee and what does it include?

The resort fee is a daily fee of $20 (plus applicable tax) that is charged at the end of your stay at check out.  The resort fee includes the following:

• Internet access for 1 device per 24 hours per room
• A Daily USA Today paper available at specific locations
• Unlimited local and toll free calls from the room
• Daily access to the Cardio Center at the Palms Casino Resort(open daily from 5:30am to 9:00pm)
• Limited business services at the Front Desk/Concierge (outgoing faxes, copying, and printing of boarding passes)
• Access to both Palms Pool and Palms Place pool and complimentary admission to Ditch Fridays           
• Daily shuttle service to and from the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace available 11am to 8pm every half hour (the shuttle departs from the Palms main entrance)

*This is a standard practice at the majority of hotels in Las Vegas.

What is the minimum age required to book a reservation?

Hotel guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. The credit card holder on the reservation must also be at least 21 years of age to check-in.

Does the hotel allow pets?

We can only provide accommodation for licensed service animals.

Can special arrangements such as flowers or champagne be made for a guest before their arrival?

Our concierge staff would be more than happy to assist you with anything that you may require; all special amenities will be delivered to a guest room after the reservation has been checked in. To make arrangements, please contact concierge services at 702-942-6171.

Can guests receive mail at the hotel?

Mail and packages can be received by guests of the hotel. All packages are received and stored at our Business Center. Please make sure that the packages are addressed to the person whose name is registered as a guest in the hotel so that we can locate the reservation. We hold packages for 30 days before they are returned to the sender; the fee varies based on weight and size. The Business Center is located on the second floor of the Fantasy Tower near the meeting rooms. Our mailing addresses are:

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

If the reservation is booked directly through the hotel, we have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Please contact our reservation department at least 72 hours in advance of arrival to cancel reservations and receive a refund for the deposit.

What is the maximum number of guests per room?

Our Deluxe Rooms, Superior Suites, and Studio Suites can have a maximum of 4 guests per room with a standard occupancy of 2 guests. Additional guests can be added to the reservation for $30 per person per night in our Palms and Fantasy Towers and $50 per person per night at Palms Place.

Does the hotel offer childcare?

We do not have offer childcare services. However, for assistance in finding surrounding childcare facilities, please contact concierge services at 702-942-6171.

Does the hotel offer special discounts for military personnel or AAA members?

We offer a 15% discount for all active duty military personnel and a 10% discount for AAA members. For more information on applicable room types and dates, please contact our reservation department at 702-942-7064.

How does a guest arrange limo service?

Limo and car services can be arranged through either the bell desk or concierge services. Please call 702-942-6171 for assistance.

Does the hotel charge non-hotel guests for pool access?

The Palms Pool is open to the public free of charge Monday through Thursday. For non-hotel guests, there is an admission charge Friday through Sunday (varies depending on the day, occupancy, and event). There is no admission charged for local residents on Sunday. The Palms Place pool is available exclusively to our hotel guests only.

In what areas is smoking permitted at the hotel?

Smoking is permitted at GhostBar, Rain, Moon, on the casino floor, on three floors of the Palms Tower, and at both of the pools. The Fantasy Tower and Palms Place are both non-smoking towers.

What is the time distance from the Palms to Palms Place?

Palms Place is approximately a five minute walk from the casino floor at the Palms. For the convenience of our guests, the Skytube, equipped with two moving walkways traveling in each direction, is an enclosed passageway that connects Palms Place to the Palms.

Does the Palms provide wheelchairs?

We have a limited number of wheel chairs available at the bell desk on a first come first serve basis. However, we do have wheel chair rental services through concierge services as well. Please call 702-942-6171 for assistance. Rental fees are as follows:

• 1 day rental – $20
• 2 day rental – $30
• 3-4 day rental – $40
• 5-7 day rental – $45
