Dining with a View

casual and fine dining in Las Vegas with a view

At Palms Casino Resort, we believe that a great dining experience is all-encompassing and when it comes to atmosphere, and we’ve got three outlets with three distinct views to add to your sensory pleasure.

Casual, Poolside Dining at Back Room Burger

Back Room Burger is the newest restaurant addition to Palms as of March and it couldn’t have opened to better timing – it is located directly adjacent to the pool and the rapidly approaching summer season will mean guests can take in all of the excitement of the pool’s dayclub activities on the weekends. This is the perfect setting to have a casual meal that includes well-conceptualized, specialty burgers and custard shakes while taking in the dynamic scenery. Back Room Burger is open for lunch, dinner and late-night snacks.

The view from Simon at Palms

Relaxing Views at Simon

Simon is the culmination of renowned-chef Kerry Simon’s extensive experience spanning over a decade in the Las Vegas restaurant scene. The space offers a shimmering view of the luxurious and boutique Palms Place Pool. The outside deck and pool are lined with cabanas and palm trees, making the entire setting feel very similar to a luxury spa. Simon is a great spot for an elegant dinner occasion, but also for the early morning recharge due its excellent breakfast options and fine-crafted bloody Marys served up in a refreshing and invigorating environment. Locals and out-of-towners alike rave over the Sunday brunch.

Elegant Strip Views at Nove Italiano

Blending classic, old-world Italian dishes with modern flavors, Nove Italiano is elegantly perched atop The Fantasy Tower of Palms – 51 floors above street-level. With elevated, floor-to-ceiling windows, the restaurant offers an incredible, sweeping panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip at night. Nove offers an unparalleled fine dining Italian experience for groups and couples, with signature dishes that include an 8oz. prime filet mignon served with an 8-yr. aged balsamic and a bone-in chicken breast marsala. If you would like to toast your evening, the room has a carefully designed, Italian-themed wine list that offers excellent pairings for each of the items on Nove’s menu.
