                Room occupancy maximum: 4 (specialty suites vary) at Palms Casino Resort and 3 (other room types vary) at Palms Place. Children under 16 may not be left unattended in a room. Room rates are for double occupancy; additional guest(s) are subject to an additional nightly charge of $30 per guest (plus tax) up to occupancy limit.

                  Pet and comfort/emotional support animals are not permitted. Guests may be accompanied by a service animal.

                    Self Parking and Valet are FREE and always easy and convenient at Palms Casino Resort.

                      We do not have charging stations.

                        For Palms: Check-in time is 3pm, while check out time is 11am. 

                        For Palms Place: Check-in time is 4pm, while check out time is 11am.  

                          21. A valid state or federal issued photo ID must be presented upon check in. Only the guest assigned to the room is permitted to check into the room. At hotel check-in, each assigned guest will be required to provide valid state or federal issued photo ID. 

                            The security deposit is $100 per night, per room on a debit or credit card. Nightly suite deposits may be higher.

                              The resort fee is $43.99+tax per night. The resort fee covers: Two complimentary bottles of water, in‑room coffee with condiments, a personal in‑room refrigerator, high‑speed wireless internet, unlimited local and 800 calls, full access to our fitness center, and the added convenience of complimentary self‑parking.

                                      The credit or debit card used to reserve your reservation will be required upon arrival to register. If you are paying with a credit card, you must present the credit card at check-in unless a previously arranged third party credit card authorization is completed for the booking. If you are not the credit card holder, please contact Room Reservations for details on our credit card policy. Your card will be charged in the amount equal to the applicable rate and taxes you were quoted for the first night of the reservation, unless specifically indicated by booked offer such as a prepaid non-refundable booking. Gift cards, prepaid and pre-loadable cards are not accepted. This may include but is not limited to Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and Chime. Any and all processed payments will be verified at the Front Desk the day of arrival. Should an unapproved payment process, the transaction will be refunded at check-in, and a new form of payment may be requested for all remaining room, tax, and incidentals.

                                                Yes, each room is equipped with a complimentary hair dryer for guest’s usage while staying at Palms Casino Resort.

                                                  The Palms Resort Pool a newly remodeled pool experience. There are two large pools to soak and comfy lounge chairs to relax in which are first come, first serve. There are cabanas and bungalows available for booking at an additional charge that come with their own private pools as well. Pool hours are seasonal and subject to change based on season, weather, and special events. 

                                                    Dine in the comfort of your room with in‑room dining available daily. Please call In‑Room Dining to order.

                                                      Contact the front desk on the day of departure. You can also pre purchase to guarantee during booking.

                                                        Possession or use of marijuana or other THC products are strictly prohibited anywhere on Palms property.

                                                          Yes, in designated areas. However, all rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. 

                                                            Roll-a-ways can be requested at check in or during your stay and are subject to availability and room capacity. The additional charge is $30 plus applicable taxes per night.

                                                              We do not allow glass, outside food or beverage, rafts or tubes into the pool area.

                                                                At this time we do not offer shuttle service to the strip.

                                                                  You have the option to change your check out date at any time prior to check-in or at check-in without being charged an early departure assessment. Once you have already checked in, please call the Front Desk should you need to leave earlier than your scheduled departure date, and early departure fee may be applied.

                                                                                                                Well, parking is usually first-come, first-served, so if you're looking for that prime spot near the entrance, arriving early is a good idea. But don't worry, we have plenty of spaces for everyone! Don’t forget, you can always Valet Park for Free too!

                                                                                                                                      If you did not receive an email in your in-box or SPAM folder, THE MOST LIKELY reason is that you do NOT have an Online account created. The Online account is not created when you join Club Serrano. You must sync up your Club Serrano card to create an Online account.

                                                                                                                                      Another common error is signing up with a different email. If you changed your email, or have multiple emails, try and utilize your additional email addresses.
