Non-Smoking Gaming Area

Overview:

1. Participation in the “$10,000 Drawing” from Sunday, September 27 – Thursday, October 8, 2026, is limited to Club Serrano members.
2. Drawing(s) will take place in the Main Entrance Lobby of Palms Casino Resort, near Unknown Bar on the following date(s) and time(s):

• Week 1: Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 8:00pm
• Week 2: Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 8:00pm

3. To be eligible Participants must earn their Drawing Entries by playing qualified Slot Machines located in the non-smoking gaming area (zone 10).
4. Participating patrons will receive one (1) entry into the Drawing(s) for every twenty-five (25) Tier Points earned during the Promotional “Earning Period(s)” below:

• Week 1: 12:01am, Sunday, September 27, 2026, through 3:00pm, Thursday, October 1, 2026
• Week 2: 12:01am, Sunday, October 4, 2026, through 3:00pm, Thursday, October 8, 2026

5. Drawing Entries do not need to be Activated to qualify.
   1. All entries will be manually placed into the virtual drawing drum by 6pm on drawing days.
      1. Entry visibility for patrons will vary based on the time of manual pull each day.
6. Weekly earned entries will be valid for the 8:00pm drawing on the week of which the entries were earned. 
7. All earned entries will not rollover to subsequent weekly drawings. ENTIRES ARE ONLY VALID FOR THE PARTICULAR WEEKLY DRAWING IN WHICH IT WAS EARNED AND WILL NOT BE VALID FOR SUBSEQUENT WEEKLY DRAWINGS OF THIS PROMOTION. If any questions, please ask a Representative.
8. Participants must be present to win.
9.  Potential winners will have ten (10) minutes to claim their prize. If a potential winner does not claim their spot in the allotted timeframe, there will be one (1) redraw for a total of two (2) draws.
10. Participants can only win once per Drawing day.

11. All Prizes awarded in Free Slot Play will be valid only at Palms Casino Resort.
12. Free Slot Play will be loaded upon confirmation of eligibility and will be valid for 30 days from issuance.
13. Any prize won will be awarded to the primary registered Participant. 
14. All paperwork must be completed after the winner has been verified and confirmed. 
15. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

     General Rules:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older (with proof of age acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free. 
2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3. Participants drawn must have a Government issued valid photo ID acceptable to Palms Promotion Representative and their Club Serrano Player’s Card at time of verification to claim any and all Prizes. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g. W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes.
4. All Prize Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income. Non-US resident Prize Winners further acknowledge and agree that Prizes are subject to federal withholding requirements, which for non-cash prizes may require the potential winner to remit a tax withholding payment to Palms based on the required percentage of the fair market value of the prize won.
5. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.
6. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances..
7. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions.
8. By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.
9. By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.
10. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
11. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. 
12. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals. 
13. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value.

2. To be eligible Participants must earn their Drawing Entries by playing slot machines located in the non-smoking slot gaming area (near Tonic Bar and Linkup Lounge). If you have any questions, please ask a Slot Representative. 

• Participating patrons will receive one (1) entry into the Drawing(s) for every twenty-five (25) Tier Points earned during the Promotional “Earning Period” 12:01am, Sunday, October 18, 2026, through 3:00pm, Thursday, October 22, 2026

Participation in the promotion is open to all Club Serrano Members who are actively playing eligible slots, using their own properly inserted Club Serrano Card inside the non-smoking slot area (near Tonic Bar and Linkup Lounge) at Palms Casino Resort. This promotion is only valid inside the new non-smoking slot area. 
2. The promotion will take place on Thursday, October 29, between 6:00pm – 8:00pm. 
3. Randomly between 6:00pm – 8:00pm twenty (20) names will be drawn and announced by Palms as potential Hot Seat winners. Palms will attempt to notify potential winners by locating them at their location otherwise rule 6 shall apply.

5. Emcee will announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and last four digits of their Club Serrano Card to get notified and claim their prize.
6. Winners who are playing on an Aristocrat machine will receive an Additional $100 in Free Slot Play for a total of $350 in Free Slot Play
7. Winners must claim the prize with Promotional Staff by 8:30pm and confirm as winner. Failure to redeem the prize within the time given will forfeit the prize.
