December 2026: 100 Bonus Drawing Entries – 10 Days of NFR  
Promotion Official Rules

Overview:

1. Participation in the “100 Bonus Drawing Entries – 10 Days of NFR” is limited to Club Serrano members.
    
2. The promotion earning period is between 2:00pm – 11:59pm on Thursdays, December 3 and December 10, 2026. 
    
3. Participants must earn 100 Tier Points during the earning period mentioned above on eligible slot or table games (excluding electronic table games) to receive one hundred (100) bonus drawing entries for the $200,000 Back in the Saddle Truck Giveaway. Tier Point earnings do not cumulate or carry over to the next period and or the following Thursday.
    
4. Once 100 Tier Points are earned, participants must swipe their players card at any Marketing Kiosk between 2:00pm – 11:59pm to redeem the bonus entries.
    
5. Bonus Drawing Entries will be valid for the specific drawing dates listed below:

5. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility. 
    
6. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances.

Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway/drawing/tournament has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway/drawing/tournament during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament due to Force Majeure conditions. 
    
8. For Slot Tournaments, only one (1) person may play a machine at a time. 
    
9. For invited Tournament Play, invitations are limited to the actual name on the invite and non-transferable. Spouse/family member(s)/friend(s) are ineligible to play for invited patrons. 
    
10. By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center. 
     
11. By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes. 
     
12. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. 
     
13. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament. 
     
14. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. 
     
15. Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing/tournament is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/giveaway/drawing/tournament to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals. 
     
16. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value. 
     
17. For in-person (“must be present to win”) drawings, Palms may announce a potential winner’s first name and last initial, last four digits of a Club Serrano account, and/or first name/last name (or any combination thereof). Listen carefully to the drawing instructions announced by the MC and have your Club Serrano card in-hand. Failure to claim your prize within the allotted timeframe will disqualify you from the prize.

Official Rules

Overview: 

1. Participation in the “$3,000 Hot Seat – 10 Days of NFR” is limited to Club Serrano members. 
    
2. The promotion will take place Friday, December 4, 2026, and Friday, December 11, 2026, between 8:00pm – 9:00pm and 10:00pm – 11:00pm. 
    
3. Randomly between 6:00pm – 8:00pm and 10:00pm – 11:00pm, twenty (20) names will be drawn and announced by Palms as potential Hot Seat winners. There will be ten (10) winners each hour.

5. Emcee will announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and last four digits of their Club Serrano Card to get notified and claim their prize.

Official Rules

Overview:

1. Participation in the “$10,000 Round Up Drawing – 10 Days of NFR” is limited to Club Serrano members.
    
2. The Promotion will take place Saturday, December 5, 2026. 
   •    Earning Period: 12:01am, December 5, 2026 – 9:30pm, December 5, 2026
   •    Drawing Activation: 7:00pm, December 5, 2026 – 9:30pm, December 5, 2026
   •    Drawing Time: 8:00pm & 10:00pm
   •    Drawing Location: Casino Lobby, near Unknown Bar
    
3. Participants must be present at Drawing to win. 
    
4. Participating Slots or Table Game players will receive one (1) virtual drawing entry into the Drawing for every twenty-five (25) Tier Points earned from playing eligible slots or table games (excluding electronic table games). 
    
5. Tier Points must be earned during the Promotional Earning Period beginning Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 12:01am and ending Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 9:30pm.
    
6. To activate drawing entries, guests must swipe their Club Serrano card at any Marketing Kiosk or by having an active rated slot or table session closed during the Activation Period. 
    
7. Five (5) names will be drawn at once. Potential winners drawn have three (3) minutes to claim their spot in the prize reveal game. If a name drawn does not show up within three (3) minutes, there will be a redraw. Redraws will take place up to one (1) redraw, for a max of two (2) drawings.
    
8. Participants drawn must have valid government ID and their Club Serrano Player’s Card with them to be verified and win a spot to play the reveal game.

December 2026: $15,000 Saddle Up Slot Tournament – 10 Days of NFR
Official Rules

Tournament Overview

1. Participation in the $15,000 Saddle Up Slot Tournament – 10 Day of NFR” is limited to Club Serrano members.
    
2. Invited Club Serrano members will receive one (1) complimentary entry into the tournament. All other Club Serrano guests that earn at least 1,000 Slot Tier Points during tournament hours will receive an entry into the tournament. 
    
3. The tournament will take place on Sunday, December 6, 2026, from 11:00am – 3:00pm across from Greene St. Kitchen. 
    
4. All participants must go to any Marketing Kiosk to print their Tournament entry voucher before proceeding to the Tournament area (across from Greene St. Kitchen).
    
5. Participants are eligible to play one (1) time during the tournament.
    
6. Must be in line by 3:05pm to participate. 
    
7. Machine assignments will be determined by a random draw when the guest arrives at the Tournament area.  Management shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine final machine assignments.
    
8. Participants will receive a four-digit pin number after they register. The four-digit pin number must be entered to initiate Tournament Play.
    
9. The Tournament consists of one (1) 2-minute round of Tournament play.  Each Participant will play one (1) 2-minute round of the Cleopatra tournament machine. 
    
10. Participants may arrive at the Tournament area at any time during the published Tournament hours and play their one (1) 2-minute round.  Failure to arrive at the Tournament area and check-in with a Tournament representative during the published Tournament hours will eliminate the Participant from entry into the Tournament. No makeup rounds will be given. 
     
11. Tournament play will take place on designated Tournament machines. Only one (1) person may play per machine, per round.
     
12. It is the Participant’s responsibility to immediately notify the Tournament representative with questions or concerns that may arise during a round. Upon notification of a malfunction, Management will determine, at its sole discretion, whether to continue play or to replay a session.
    1. Participants should continue to press the ‘Play’ button while they are awaiting a Tournament representative to assist them.
    2. Minor pauses or delays are not considered machine malfunctions.
        
13. Tournament Machines have individual timers that may shut off upon malfunction. In the event a malfunction cannot be corrected, the Participant will be moved to a vacant Tournament Machine to play his/her round. In the event the Participant is unable to be moved to a vacant Tournament machine during his/her round, the Participant will be accommodated at Management’s Discretion. A complete round must be played on a single machine. One (1) single Participant must play an entire round.
    1. No money, tokens or coins will be required to play Tournament Machines.
        
14. In the event of a system-wide Tournament Manager malfunction, the Tournament Prize Structure is considered payable to all Participants that completed their one (1) 2-minute round.
     
15. If two (2) or more Participants have the same score total from their one (1) 2-minute round, the tied Participants will equally split the sum total of the applicable prizes. For example, if three (3) Participants tie for 2nd place, they would equally split the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place prizes; the next highest score would receive the 5th place prize amount.
     
16. Prizes will be awarded according to the Prize Structure, in Free Slot Play.
     
17. A Participant’s score is determined by the number of points registered on his/her assigned Tournament Machine at the end of their round, regardless of what the credit meter reads.
     
18. The Prize Structure will be paid as published. Any agreements between Participants concerning the sharing of Tournament winnings are entered into solely by the Participants and are not endorsed by Palms Casino Resort. Palms Casino Resort does not enforce any of these types of agreements and is not responsible if certain parties do not honor their agreements.
     
19. Free Slot Play Prizes are valid on any Marketing Kiosk for thirty (30) days and are valid only at Palms Casino Resort. 
     
20. Free Slot Play prizes will be automatically loaded on winning accounts. Winners must swipe Club Serrano card at any Marketing Kiosk to redeem, beginning at 7:00pm on Sunday, December 6, 2026.
     
21. Any unused/expired Free Slot Play will be forfeited.
     
22. Prizes will only be awarded by Sponsor if and when eligibility requirements are confirmed; all forms are completed, applicable withholding obligations are satisfied, and other applicable requirements are met. 
     
23. There is no smoking or vaping inside the Tournament Area.

5. To be eligible Participants must activate their Drawing Entries each drawing day during the “Activation Period(s)” below:

   • Participants must activate their drawing entries the day of the drawing by swiping their club card at any Marketing Kiosks or by having an active rated slot or table session closed during the Activation Period(s).
      
6. Weekly earned entries that are activated for that applicable drawing date will be valid for drawings on that date only. 
    
7. All earned entries will not rollover to subsequent weekly drawings. ENTIRES, REGARDLESS IF ACTIVATED, ARE ONLY VALID FOR THE PARTICULAR WEEKLY DRAWING IN WHICH IT WAS EARNED AND WILL NOT BE VALID FOR SUBSEQUENT WEEKLY DRAWINGS OF THIS PROMOTION. If any questions, please ask a Representative.

8. Each Qualifier Drawing will have five (5) potential winners per “Drawing Period” (7:00pm and 9:00pm) for a total of ten (10) winners each drawing day. 
    
9. Potential Winners will have three (3) minutes to claim their spot in the reveal game for a prize. If the name drawn for the Qualifier Drawings does not show up within three (3) minutes, there will be a redraw. There will be up to two (2) redraws for each Drawing Period (7pm and 9pm). At the end of the total of three (3) draws, if all five finalists are not filled, the lowest prize will be forfeited.
    
10. All participants in a specified Drawing Period (7pm and 9pm) will choose an object in the order they were confirmed. Winners will reveal their prize at the same time.
     
11. Winners can only win once per drawing day. 
     
12. Participants can only secure one (1) spot in the Grand Finale on December 12, 2026. In the event a participant wins multiple finalist spots, such participant will be eligible to receive the corresponding Free Slot Play but will not be given any additional spots in the Grand Finale. The Finale spot will then be automatically awarded to the 2nd place winner on that particular drawing date/time.

17. Participants can only secure one (1) spot in the Grand Finale on December 12, 2026. In the event a participant wins multiple finalist spots, such participant will be eligible to receive the corresponding Free Slot Play but will not be given any additional spots in the Grand Finale.
    •    In the event of vacant Grand Finale spot(s), due to a repeat winner, such finale spot(s) will be determined by a physical drawing consisting of the remaining eligible participants in that particular Drawing Period date/time. 
    i.    In the unlikely event all participants have already won a Grand Finale Spot, that particular Grand Finale Spot will go unclaimed for that Drawing Period. 
    ii.    Palms, if necessary, will conduct a separate random drawing December 12, 2026 after the Last Chance Drawing from the virtual drawing drum with participants who activated their entries that day to try and fill the remaining Grand Finale spots.

19. The Grand Finale Drawing at 10:30pm will have three (3) Drawing Rounds.  
     
20. The Finale Drawing will consist of twenty-two (22) Weekly Qualifier Grand Prize drawing winners, and three (3) Last Chance Grand Prize drawing winners for a total of twenty-five (25) participants.  
     
21. Each of the twenty-five (25) Grand Finale entrants must physically “check-in” with Palms Promotional Representatives at the drawing area in the Hotel Lobby Near Main Entrance on Saturday, December 12, 2026, between 7:00pm – 9:30pm.
     
22. At check-in, all twenty-five (25) entrants will confirm their spot and will be issued (1) physical drawing ticket entry into the 10:30pm drawing to determine their prize. If any of the twenty-five (25) finale entrants do not check in by 9:30pm, Palms, if necessary, will conduct a separate random drawing from the virtual drawing drum with participants who activated their entries that evening for the Last Chance Drawing.  
    •    In the event a separate random drawing is conducted, Potential winners will have three (3) minutes to claim their spot in the Grand Finale. If the name(s) drawn for the Separate random drawing does not show up within three (3) minutes, there will be one (1) redraw for a max total of two (2) drawings. At the end of the total of two (2) draws, if all finalists spots are not filled, the lowest prize(s) will be forfeited.
     
23. Grand Finale First Round: Prizes 25th – 16th place will be drawn. All ten (10) potential winners will be called from the physical Drawing Drum in descending order to confirm and redeem their prize.
     
24. Grand Finale Second Round: Prizes 15th – 6th place will be drawn All ten (10) potential winners will be called from the physical Drawing Drum in descending order to confirm and redeem their prize. 
     
25. Grand Finale Third Round: Potential Top 5 Winners will be drawn one at a time from the physical drawing drum to determine their number order for selection in the reveal game. First name called will select their prize position first.
    •    All five finalists must reveal their prize all at the same time.

27. All Prizes awarded in Free Slot Play will be valid only at Palms Casino Resort. 
     
28. Free Slot Play will be loaded upon conclusion of the drawing and confirmation of eligibility and will be valid for 30 days from issuance.  Free Slot Play will be credited approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the drawing.
     
29. If Grand Finale Prize Winner selects the vehicle, participant shall receive a non-cash credit (in the amount of the applicable vehicle) at the designated Findlay Nissan dealership in the amount of $57,909.00. If a Grand Prize Winner desires to receive an alternative new vehicle or if the winning vehicle is no longer available, Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any additional vehicle costs in excess of the credit provided by Palms at the dealership, and if a lesser value vehicle is chosen, no remaining credit will be refunded to the Grand Prize Winner. Dealership credit is valid toward the purchase of a single, new vehicle only and cannot be redeemed for cash. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Alternatively, a Grand Prize Winner may disclaim the vehicle and choose either: $50,000 fifty thousand dollars in Free Slot Play valid only at Palms OR $25,000 twenty-five thousand dollars in Cash in lieu of the vehicle. 
     
30. Any prize won will be awarded to the primary registered Participant. 
     
31. All paperwork must be completed after the winner has been verified and confirmed. 
     
32. Management reserves the right to offer bonus entries during the drawing earning period. If you have any questions regarding bonus entries, please ask a representative of the Promotions and Players Club Specialist.

General Rules:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free. 
    
2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 
    
3. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g., W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid photo I.D. to claim a prize. 
    
4. ALL PRIZE WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, INCLUDING TAXES IMPOSED ON THEIR INCOME. NON-US RESIDENT PRIZE WINNERS FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT PRIZES ARE SUBJECT TO FEDERAL WITHHOLDING REQUIREMENTS, which for non-cash prizes may require the potential winner to remit a tax withholding payment to Palms based on the required percentage of the fair market value of the prize won. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except as expressly set forth above. 
    
5. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility. 
    
6. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances. 
    
7. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway/drawing/tournament has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway/drawing/tournament during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament due to Force Majeure conditions.
    
8. For Slot Tournaments, only one (1) person may play a machine at a time. 
    
9. For invited Tournament Play, invitations are limited to the actual name on the invite and non-transferable. Spouse/family member(s)/friend(s) are ineligible to play for invited patrons. See staff for any special accommodations.
    
10. By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center. 
     
11. By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes. 
     
12. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. 
     
13. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament. 
     
14. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. 
     
15. Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing/tournament is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/giveaway/drawing/tournament to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals. 
     
16. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value. 
     
17. For in-person (“must be present to win”) drawings, Palms may announce a potential winner’s first name and last initial, last four digits of a Club Serrano account, and/or first name/last name (or any combination thereof). Listen carefully to the drawing instructions announced by the MC and have your Club Serrano card in-hand. Failure to claim your prize within the allotted timeframe will disqualify you from the prize.
     
18. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
