1. Participation in Palms $100K Craps Tournament (“Tournament”) is limited to...
   
   1. Invited Participants are invited to enter based on historical Club Serrano gaming activity. 
   2. Participants earn entry by winning a $5 “Yo” bet.
      
      1. A “Yo” bet is a wager on 11.
      2. Single-roll wager.
      3. Winner will:
         
         1. Receive entry voucher
         2. Receive receipt
         3. Call to reserve
         4. Multiple entries, one seat max
         5. No replacements
   3. Email invitation confirmation required.
   4. Must register in person.
2. Tournament space is limited.
3. No entry fee.
4. Seat assignments are random.

Unless otherwise modified by these rules, all standard Palms Casino Resort Craps rules apply.

   1. Opening Rounds (Saturday)
   2. Quarter Final
   3. Semi Final
   4. Final
6. Sessions are 25 minutes + 1 roll.

9. Maximum proposition bet:
   
   1. No limit on odds bets.
   2. Lay bets may exceed limits.
10. Minimum Pass Line requirement:
    
    1. 10x odds
       
       1. Max $20,000 take odds
       2. Max $20,000 lay odds
    2. No Hop bets
    3. Max place bet limits apply
    4. No Pass + Don’t Pass simultaneously
11. Buy bets:
    
    1. Vig paid upfront
12. Palms Chip:
    
    1. Cash/chips only
    2. 2x payout option
    3. Use once per round
    4. No retroactive doubling
    5. Unused forfeited
13. Once placed, bets cannot change.
14. No bets after “No more bets”.
15. First shooter:
    
    1. Moves clockwise if empty seat
16. Shooter rotation:
    
    1. Players may pass dice
17. Dice must reach end.
18. No Roll:
    
    1. Bets may be taken down
19. Disputes handled by officials.
20. Round = 25 minutes.
21. Final roll after count.
22. End of round:
    
    1. Chips counted
    2. Below minimum = eliminated

    1. 3 rolls per player
    2. $1,000 chips

34. No need to declare bets.
35. Must act timely.

37. No coaching.
38. Violations = disqualification.
39. Withdrawals = disqualification.
40. No devices allowed.
41. Report disputes immediately.
42. Spectators may be removed.
43. No smoking.
44. Prizes in promo chips.
45. Promo chips = even money only.
46. No shared winnings enforcement.
47. Prize structure is final.
