Official Rules 

Overview:

1. Participation in the $200,000 Scary Winnings Drawings “Promotion” from Sunday, September 27 – Saturday, October 30, 2026, is limited to Club Serrano members.

2. Drawing(s) will take place in the Main Entrance Lobby of Palms Casino Resort, near Unknown Bar on the following date(s) and time(s):

• Week 1: Friday & Saturday, October 2 & October 3, 2026

  • Qualifier Drawings: 7:00pm & 9:00pm

• Week 2: Friday & Saturday, October 9 & October 10, 2026

  • Qualifier Drawings: 7:00pm & 9:00pm 

• Week 3: Friday & Saturday, October 16 & October 17, 2026

  • Qualifier Drawings: 7:00pm & 9:00pm 

• Week 4: Friday & Saturday, October 23 & October 24, 2026

  • Qualifier Drawings: 7:00pm & 9:00pm 

• Week 5: Friday, October 30, 2026

  • Last Chance Drawings: 7:00pm & 9:00pm

  • Finale Drawing: 9:30pm

3. Participants must be present at a Drawing to win. 
4. Participating Slots or Table game players will receive one (1) entry into the Drawing(s) for every twenty-five (25) Tier Points earned during the Promotional “Earning Period(s)” below:

• Week 1: 12:01am, Sunday, September 27, 2026 – 8:30pm, Saturday, October 3, 2026

• Week 2: 12:01am, Sunday, October 4, 2026 – 8:30pm, Saturday, October 10, 2026

• Week 3: 12:01am, Sunday, October 11, 2026 – 8:30pm, Saturday, October 17, 2026

• Week 4: 12:01am, Sunday, October 18, 2026 – 8:30pm, Saturday, October 24, 2026

• Week 5: 12:01am, Sunday, October 25, 2026 – 8:30pm, Friday, October 30, 2026

5. To be eligible Participants must activate their Drawing Entries each drawing day during the “Activation Period(s)” below:

• 7pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 6pm – 6:59pm on the drawing date

• 9pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 8pm – 8:59pm on the drawing date

• Participants must activate their drawing entries the day of the drawing by swiping their club card at any Marketing Kiosks or by having an active rated slot or table session closed during the Activation Period(s).

6. Weekly earned entries that are activated for that applicable drawing date will be valid for the 7:00pm and 9:00pm drawings.

7. All earned entries will not rollover to subsequent weekly drawings. ENTIRES, REGARDLESS IF ACTIVATED, ARE ONLY VALID FOR THE PARTICULAR WEEKLY DRAWING IN WHICH IT WAS EARNED AND WILL NOT BE VALID FOR SUBSEQUENT WEEKLY DRAWINGS OF THIS PROMOTION. If any questions, please ask a Representative. 

Qualifier Drawings

8. Each Qualifier Drawing will have five (5) potential winners per “Drawing Period” (7:00pm and 9:00pm) for a total of ten (10) winners each drawing day. 

9. Potential Winners will have three (3) minutes to claim their spot in the reveal game for a prize. If the name drawn for the Qualifier Drawings does not show up within three (3) minutes, there will be a redraw. There will be up to two (2) redraws for each Drawing Period (7pm and 9pm). At the end of the total of three (3) draws, if all five finalists are not filled, the lowest prize will be forfeited.
10. All participants in a specified Drawing Period (7pm and 9pm) will choose an object in the order they were confirmed. Winners will reveal their prize at the same time.
11. Winners can only win once per drawing day. 
12. Participants can only secure one (1) spot in the Grand Finale on October 30, 2026. In the event a participant wins multiple finalist spots, such participant will be eligible to receive the corresponding Free Slot Play but will not be given any additional spots in the Grand Finale. The Finale spot will then be automatically awarded to the 2^nd place winner on that particular drawing date/time.  
13. Prizes:

Last Chance Drawing

14. For the Last Chance Drawings, five (5) potential winners will be drawn at 7:00pm and 9:00pm on Friday, October 30, 2026. 

15. Potential winners will have three (3) minutes to claim their spot in the reveal game for a prize. If the name drawn for the Last Chance Drawing does not show up within three (3) minutes, there will be a redraw. There will be up to two (2) redraws for the Last Chance Drawings at 7:00pm and 9:00pm. At the end of the total of three (3) draws, if all five finalists are not filled, the lowest prize will be forfeited.

16.  At 7:00pm and 9:00pm participants will choose an object in the order they were confirmed. Winners will reveal their prize at the same time.  

17. Participants can only secure one (1) spot in the Grand Finale on October 30, 2026. In the event a participant wins multiple finalist spots, such participant will be eligible to receive the corresponding Free Slot Play but will not be given any additional spots in the Grand Finale. The Finale spot will then be automatically awarded to the 2^nd place winner on that particular drawing date/time.

Finale Drawing

19. The Grand Finale Drawing at 9:30pm will have three (3) Drawing Rounds.  
20. The Finale Drawing will consist of sixteen (16) Weekly Qualifier Grand Prize drawing winners, and four (4) Last Chance Grand Prize drawing winners for a total of twenty (20) participants.  
21. Each of the twenty (20) total Grand Finale entrants must physically “check-in” with Palms Promotional Representatives at the drawing area in the Hotel Lobby Near Main Entrance on Friday, October 30, 2026, between 6:00pm – 8:45pm.

22. At check-in, all (20) entrants will confirm their spot and will be issued (1) physical drawing ticket entry into the 9:30pm drawing to determine their prize. If any of the twenty (20) finale entrants do not check in by 8:45pm, Palms, if necessary, will conduct a separate random drawing from the virtual drawing drum with participants who activated their entries that evening for the Last Chance Drawing.  

    • Names will be drawn until all unclaimed Grand Finale spots are confirmed filled.

23. Grand Finale First Round: Prizes 20^th – 11^th place will be drawn. All ten (10) potential winners will be called from the physical Drawing Drum in descending order to confirm and redeem their prize.

24. Grand Finale Second Round: Prizes 10^th – 6^th place will be drawn All five (5) potential winners will be called from the physical Drawing Drum in descending order to confirm and redeem their prize. 

25. Grand Finale Third Round: Potential Top 5 Winners will be drawn one at a time from the physical drawing drum to determine their number order for selection in the reveal game. First name called will select their prize position first.

    • All five finalists must reveal their prize all at the same time. 

       

       

26. Prizes:

27. All Prizes awarded in Free Slot Play will be valid only at Palms Casino Resort. 
28. Free Slot Play will be loaded upon conclusion of the drawing and confirmation of eligibility and will be valid for 30 days from issuance.  Free Slot Play will be credited one (1) hour after the conclusion of the drawing.
29. Any prize won will be awarded to the primary registered Participant. 
30. All paperwork must be completed after the winner has been verified and confirmed. 
31. Management reserves the right to offer bonus entries during the drawing earning period. If you have any questions regarding bonus entries, please ask a representative of the Promotions and Players Club Specialist.

General Rules:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free. 

2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 

3. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g., W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid photo I.D. to claim a prize. 

4. All Prize Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income. Non-US resident Prize Winners further acknowledge and agree that Prizes are subject to federal withholding requirements, which for non-cash prizes may require the potential winner to remit a tax withholding payment to Palms based on the required percentage of the fair market value of the prize won. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except as expressly set forth above. 

5. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility. 

6. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances. 

7. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway/drawing/tournament has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway/drawing/tournament during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament due to Force Majeure conditions.

8. For Slot Tournaments, only one (1) person may play a machine at a time. 

9. For invited Tournament Play, invitations are limited to the actual name on the invite and non-transferable. Spouse/family member(s)/friend(s) are ineligible to play for invited patrons. 

10. By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center. 

11. By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes. 

12. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. 

13. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing/Tournament. 

14. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. 

15. Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing/tournament is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/giveaway/drawing/tournament to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals. 

16. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value. 

17. For in-person (“must be present to win”) drawings, Palms may announce a potential winner’s first name and last initial, last four digits of a Club Serrano account, and/or first name/last name (or any combination thereof). Listen carefully to the drawing instructions announced by the MC and have your Club Serrano card in-hand. Failure to claim your prize within the allotted timeframe will disqualify you from the prize.

18. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time. 

19. Palms Casino Resort endorses responsible gaming. If you or someone you know has a problem with gaming responsibly, please call the 24-hour Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET.
