Standard Promotion Rules

25th Anniversary T-Shirt Giveaway

Overview:

  1. Participation in the “Palms 25th Anniversary T-shirt Gift Giveaway” promotion is limited to Club Serrano members.
  2. Promotion will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, 8:30am – 11:00pm.
  3. This promotion is for invited and non-invited guests. Invited guests will receive a complimentary gift. Non-invited guests must earn 500 Tier Points. 
  4. Earning period is 12:01am, Saturday, November 14 – 10:45pm, Saturday, November 14, 2026.
  5. Invited guests must go to any Marketing Kiosk each week between 8:30am to 11:00pm to print their complimentary gift voucher.
  6. Qualified non-invited guests must also go to any Marketing Kiosk between 8:30am to 11:00pm to print their gift voucher after earning the necessary Tier Points.
  7. Non-invited Participants must earn 500 Tier Points from playing Eligible slots or table games. Electronic table games are excluded. 
  8. Redemption Location will be printed on the voucher.
  9. Redemption is limited to one (1) gift per Participant on a first come first serve basis. *While supplies last*
$25 Dinner Buffet Voucher

Overview:

  1. Participation in the “25th Anniversary $25 Dinner Buffet” Promotion is limited to new and invited Club Serrano members.
  2. To be eligible, new Club Serrano members must sign up to become a member on Sunday, November 15, 2026, between 8:00am – 8:30pm.
  3. The promotion period will take place 5:00pm – 9:00pm, Sunday, November 15, 2026.
  4. Both invited and new Club Serrano members must visit any Marketing Kiosk on Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 8:00am – 8:50pm to print their twenty-five-dollar ($25.00) Dinner Buffet voucher. 
  5. To redeem, qualified participants must present their Club Serrano card and voucher at A.YC.E. buffet inside Palms Casino Resort during dinner buffet hours on Sunday, November 15, 2026 (see hours -  A.Y.C.E. Buffet | Palms Casino Resort ) using their Club Serrano Card and a valid photo ID. 
  6. Qualified guests will receive one (1) twenty-five-dollar ($25.00) Dinner Buffet.
  7. Guests are responsible for any taxes, tips, and gratuities.
  8. Limit one redemption per eligible participant.
  9. Unused/Expired buffet vouchers cannot be extended and have no cash value.
