Overview:

1. Participation in the “The $300,000 Passport to Summer” Drawing is limited to Club Serrano members.
2. Drawing(s) will take place in the Main Entrance Lobby of Palms Casino Resort on the following date(s) and time(s):
    • Week 1: Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 7pm and 9pm 
    • Week 2: Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 7pm and 9pm 
    • Week 3: Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 7pm and 9pm
    • Week 4: Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 7pm and 9pm
    • Week 5: Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 7pm and 9pm
    • Week 6: Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 7pm and 9pm
    • Week 7: Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 7pm and 9pm
    • Week 8: Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 7pm and 9pm
    • Week 9: Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 7pm and 9pm
3. Participants must be present at a Drawing to win. 
4. Participating Slots or Table game players will receive one (1) entry into the Drawing(s) for every twenty-five (25) Tier Points earned during the Promotional “Earning Period(s)” below:
    • Week 1 (May 9, 2026):
        o Earning Period May 3, 2026, at 12:01am through May 9, 2026, at 8:30pm
    • Week 2 (May 16, 2026):
        o Earning Period May 10, 2026, at 12:01am through May 16, 2026, at 8:30pm
    • Week 3 (May 23, 2026):
        o Earning Period May 17, 2026, at 12:01am through May 23, 2026, at 8:30pm
    • Week 4 (May 30, 2026):
        o Earning Period May 24, 2026, at 12:01am through May 30, 2026, at 8:30pm.
    • Week 5 (June 6, 2026):
        o Earning Period May 31, 2026, at 12:01am through June 6, 2026, at 8:30pm. 
    • Week 6 (June 13, 2026):
        o Earning Period June 7, 2026, at 12:01am through June 13, 2026, at 8:30pm. 
    • Week 7 (June 20, 2026):
        o Earning Period June 14, 2026, at 12:01am through June 20, 2026, at 8:30pm. 
    • Week 8 (June 27, 2026):
        o Earning Period June 21, 2026, at 12:01am through June 27, 2026, at 8:30pm. 
• Week 9 (July 4, 2026):
o Earning Period June 28, 2026, at 12:01am through July 4, 2026, at 8:30pm. 
5. To be eligible Participants must activate their Drawing Entries each drawing day during the “Activation Period(s)” below:
    • 7pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 6pm – 6:59pm on the drawing date
    • 9pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 6pm – 8:59pm on the drawing date
    • Participants must activate their drawing entries the day of the drawing by swiping their club card at any Marketing Kiosks or by having an active rated slot or table session closed during the Activation Period(s).
6. Weekly earned entries that are activated for that applicable drawing date will be valid for both drawing periods on that day (7:00pm and 9:00pm). 
7. All earned entries will not rollover to subsequent weekly drawings. ENTRIES, REGARDLESS IF ACTIVATED, ARE ONLY VALID FOR THE PARTICULAR WEEKLY DRAWING IN WHICH IT WAS EARNED AND WILL NOT BE VALID FOR SUBSEQUENT WEEKLY DRAWINGS OF THIS PROMOTION. If any questions, please ask a Representative. 
8. Weekly Drawings (May 9 – July 4,2026):
    o Each Weekly Drawing will have five (5) potential winners per Drawing (7:00pm and 9:00pm) for a total of ten (10) winners each drawing day. 
    o Potential Winners will have three (3) minutes to claim their spot in the reveal game for a prize. If the name drawn for the Weekly Drawings does not show up within the three (3) minutes, there will be a redraw. There will be up to two (2) redraws for both Drawings (7pm and 9pm). At the end of the total of three (3) draws, if all five finalists are not filled, the prize not selected will be forfeited.
    o Each Weekly Drawing will have two (2) drawing periods, at 7:00pm and 9:00pm. The 7:00pm drawing will have five (5) winners, one top prize winner will receive $3,000 free slot play and will automatically advance to the 9:00pm drawing that evening. The 9:00pm drawing will have four (4) winners who will join with the top prize winner from the 7:00pm drawing held earlier that evening. All five participants at 9:00pm will play the prize reveal game to secure their prize. One (1) of the five (5) finalists will receive free slot play and will win a “Passport to Summer Prize”.
    o Winners can only win once per drawing day(except a 7pm Grand Prize Winner , is still eligible to win a prize at the 9pm drawing on the same drawing day).

    • Week 1 (May 9, 2026): Honda Motocompacto Set ($1,990.00 Value via Findlay Honda)
        o THE WINNER OF THE MOTOCOMPACTO SET WILL NOT HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE PRIZE IN LIEU OF THE MOTOCOMPACTOS. The Grand Prize Winner must either accept the actual Motocompactos OR disclaim the entire Grand Prize altogether. Winners must inform the Palms Promotions Representative of their decision upon the conclusion of the drawing, or the prize shall be automatically forfeited back to Palms without any replacement prize.  The Motocompactosare accepted as-is, where-is (Palms), and must be retrieved from the property on May 9, 2026, or the Grand Prize shall be automatically forfeited back to Palms without any replacement prize. 
    • Week 2 (May 16, 2026): 2026 Stacyc 20 HDrive Class 2 E-bike Set ($4,391.98 Value via Carter Power Sports)
        o THE WINNER OF THE E-BIKE SET WILL NOT HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE PRIZE IN LIEU OF THE E-bikes. The Grand Prize Winner must either accept the actual E-bikes OR disclaim the entire Grand Prize altogether. Winners must inform the Palms Promotions Representative of their decision upon the conclusion of the drawing, or the prize shall be automatically forfeited back to Palms without any replacement prize. The E-bikes are accepted as-is, where-is (Palms), and must be retrieved from the property on of before May 18, 2026, or the Grand Prize shall be automatically forfeited back to Palms without any replacement prize. 
    • Week 3 (May 23, 2026): Gift Card to Carter Power Sports Las Vegas ($5,000 Value via Carter Power Sports)
        o THE WINNER OF THE GIFT CARD WILL NOT HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE PRIZE IN LIEU OF THE GIFT CARD. The Grand Prize Winner must either accept the actual prizes or disclaim the prize altogether. All Prizes awarded in Gift Cards are not exchangeable. Winners must inform the Palms Promotions Representative of their decision upon the conclusion of the drawing, or the prize shall be automatically forfeited back to Palms without any replacement prize. All Prize Winners should contact their designated Palms Promotion Representative in advance of the aforementioned deadline for any questions regarding the prize package. The prize winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, etc.
    • Week 4 (May 30, 2026): 2025 Honda Rebel 500 Motorcycle ($6,999.00 Value via Carter Power Sports) 
        o Grand Prize Winner shall receive a non-cash credit (in the amount of the applicable vehicle) at the designated Carter Power Sports dealership. If a Grand Prize Winner desires to receive an alternative new vehicle or if the winning vehicle is no longer available, Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any additional vehicle costs in excess of the credit provided by Palms at the dealership, and if a lesser value vehicle is chosen, no remaining credit will be refunded to the Grand Prize Winner. Dealership credit is valid toward the purchase of a single, new vehicle only and cannot be redeemed for cash. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Alternatively, a Grand Prize Winner may disclaim the vehicle and choose 75% of the applicable vehicle value in Free Play valid at Palms in lieu of the dealership credit.
    • Week 5 (June 6, 2026): CF600 ATV ($7,399.00 Value via Carter Power Sports) 
        o Grand Prize Winner shall receive a non-cash credit (in the amount of the applicable vehicle) at the designated Carter Power Sports dealership. If a Grand Prize Winner desires to receive an alternative new vehicle or if the winning vehicle is no longer available, Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any additional vehicle costs in excess of the credit provided by Palms at the dealership, and if a lesser value vehicle is chosen, no remaining credit will be refunded to the Grand Prize Winner. Dealership credit is valid toward the purchase of a single, new vehicle only and cannot be redeemed for cash. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Alternatively, a Grand Prize Winner may disclaim the vehicle and choose 75% of the applicable vehicle value in Free Play valid at Palms in lieu of the dealership credit.
    • Week 6 (June 13, 2026): 2026 ActivEV Pulse 4 Forward Golf Cart ($11,295.00 Value via Sin City Auto Sports)
        o Grand Prize Winner shall receive a non-cash credit (in the amount of the applicable vehicle) at the designated Sin City Auto Sports dealership. If a Grand Prize Winner desires to receive an alternative new vehicle or if the winning vehicle is no longer available, Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any additional vehicle costs in excess of the credit provided by Palms at the dealership, and if a lesser value vehicle is chosen, no remaining credit will be refunded to the Grand Prize Winner. Dealership credit is valid toward the purchase of a single, new vehicle only and cannot be redeemed for cash. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Alternatively, a Grand Prize Winner may disclaim the vehicle and choose 75% of the applicable vehicle value in Free Play valid at Palms in lieu of the dealership credit.

        o Grand Prize Winner shall receive a non-cash credit (in the amount of the applicable vehicle) at the designated Factory Powersports dealership. If a Grand Prize Winner desires to receive an alternative new vehicle or if the winning vehicle is no longer available, Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any additional vehicle costs in excess of the credit provided by Palms at the dealership, and if a lesser value vehicle is chosen, no remaining credit will be refunded to the Grand Prize Winner. Dealership credit is valid toward the purchase of a single, new vehicle only and cannot be redeemed for cash. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Alternatively, a Grand Prize Winner may disclaim the vehicle and choose 75% of the applicable vehicle value in Free Play valid at Palms in lieu of the dealership credit.
    • Week 8 (June 27, 2026): 2026 Honda Prelude Hybrid ($40,984.96 Value via Findlay Honda)
        o Grand Prize Winner shall receive a non-cash credit (in the amount of the applicable vehicle) at the designated Findlay Honda dealership. If a Grand Prize Winner desires to receive an alternative new vehicle or if the winning vehicle is no longer available, Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any additional vehicle costs in excess of the credit provided by Palms at the dealership, and if a lesser value vehicle is chosen, no remaining credit will be refunded to the Grand Prize Winner. Dealership credit is valid toward the purchase of a single, new vehicle only and cannot be redeemed for cash. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Alternatively, a Grand Prize Winner may disclaim the vehicle and choose either: 50% of the applicable vehicle value in cash OR 75% of the applicable vehicle value in Free Play valid at Palms in lieu of the vehicle. 
    • Week 9 (July 4, 2026): 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport Elite ($52,062.28 Value via Findlay Honda) 
        o Grand Prize Winner shall receive a non-cash credit (in the amount of the applicable vehicle) at the designated Findlay Honda dealership. If a Grand Prize Winner desires to receive an alternative new vehicle or if the winning vehicle is no longer available, Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any additional vehicle costs in excess of the credit provided by Palms at the dealership, and if a lesser value vehicle is chosen, no remaining credit will be refunded to the Grand Prize Winner. Dealership credit is valid toward the purchase of a single, new vehicle only and cannot be redeemed for cash. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Alternatively, a Grand Prize Winner may disclaim the vehicle and choose either: 50% of the applicable vehicle value in cash OR 75% of the applicable vehicle value in Free Play valid at Palms in lieu of the vehicle. 
11. Participants drawn must have a Government issued valid photo ID acceptable to Palms Promotion Representative and their Club Serrano Player’s Card at time of verification to claim any and all Prizes. 
12. All Prizes awarded in Free Slot Play will be valid only at Palms Casino Resort.
13. Free Slot Play will be loaded upon conclusion of the drawing and confirmation of eligibility and will be valid for 30 days from issuance. 
14. All Passport to Summer Grand Prizes must be redeemed within 30 days from accepting the prize. 
15. Any prize won will be awarded to the primary registered Participant.
16. All paperwork must be completed after the winner has been verified and confirmed.
17. Management reserves the right to offer bonus entries during the drawing earning period. If you have any questions regarding bonus entries, please ask a representative of the Promotions and Players Club.

General Rules:   
Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free. 
2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 
3. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g., W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. 
4. ALL PRIZE WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, INCLUDING TAXES IMPOSED ON THEIR INCOME. NON-US RESIDENT PRIZE WINNERS FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT PRIZES ARE SUBJECT TO FEDERAL WITHHOLDING REQUIREMENTS, which for non-cash prizes may require the potential winner to remit a tax withholding payment to Palms based on the required percentage of the fair market value of the prize won. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except as expressly set forth above. 
4. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility. 
5. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances. 
6. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions. 
7. By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center. 
8. By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes. 
9. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. 
10. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. 
11. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. 
12. Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals. 
13. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value. 
14. For in-person (“must be present to win”) drawings, Palms may announce a potential winner’s first name and last initial, last four digits of a Club Serrano account, and/or first name/last name (or any combination thereof). Listen carefully to the drawing instructions announced by the MC and have your Club Serrano card in-hand. Failure to claim your prize within the allotted timeframe will disqualify you from the prize.
15. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
