$50,000 Monster CASH Drawing

Overview:

1. Participation in the “$50,000 Monster Cash Drawing”, is limited to Club Serrano members.
2. The Promotion will take place Saturday, October 31, 2026. 
    • Earning Period: Sunday, October 18, 2026, 12:01am – 8:30pm, Saturday, October 31, 2026.
    • Drawing Activation: Saturday, October 31, 2026, 6:00pm – 8:59pm.
    • Drawing Time: 7:00pm & 9:00pm
    • Drawing Location: Casino Lobby, near Unknown Bar
3. Participants must be present at drawing to win. 
4. Participating Slots or Table Game players will receive one (1) virtual drawing entry into the Drawing for every twenty-five (25) Tier Points earned from playing eligible slots or table games (excluding electronic table games). 
5. Points must be earned during the Promotional Earning Period beginning Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 12:01am and ending Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 8:30pm.
6. To activate drawing entries, guests must swipe their Club Serrano card at any Marketing Kiosk or by having an active rated slot or table session closed during the Activation Period. 
7. Six (6) names will be drawn at once.
8. Potential winners drawn have two (2) minutes to claim their spot in the reveal game for a prize by coming to the drawing location.
9. If all six (6) names drawn do not show up within the two (2) minutes, there will be a redraw for the amount that have not shown up.  Redraws will continue until all six (6) game participants have been confirmed. 
10. Participants drawn must have valid government ID and their Club Serrano Player’s Card with them to be verified and win a spot to play the game. 
11. Drawing participants will participate in the game in the order they were confirmed.
12. The Monster Cash Drawing Board will feature six (6) envelopes that will be numbered one (1) to six (6) with the prizes randomly inserted.
13. The emcee will instruct all participants to come up one at a time to select their envelope. Once all envelopes are selected, the emcee will instruct the participants to open the envelopes at the same time.

15. Participants may only win once per drawing day.
16. Any prize won will be awarded to the primary registered Participant and will be payable in CASH at the Palms Casino Resort Cage within one (1) hour after the conclusion of the drawing.
17. All paperwork must be completed after winner has been verified.
18. CASH prizes must be redeemed by 11:00 PM, Saturday, October 31, 2026.
19. All unclaimed Cash prizes will be forfeited after the above date and time.

General Rules:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free. 
2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3. Participants drawn must have a Government issued valid photo ID acceptable to Palms Promotion Representative and their Club Serrano Player’s Card at time of verification to claim any and all Prizes. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g. W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes.  
4. All Prize Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income. Non-US resident Prize Winners further acknowledge and agree that Prizes are subject to federal withholding requirements, which for non-cash prizes may require the potential winner to remit a tax withholding payment to Palms based on the required percentage of the fair market value of the prize won. 
5. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility. 
6. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances. 
7. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, force majeure conditions. Executive Management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to force majeure conditions. 
8. By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.
9. By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.
10. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
11. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. 
12. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. 
13. Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals. 
14. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value. 
15. For in-person (“must be present to win”) drawings, Palms may announce a potential winner’s first name and last initial, last four digits of a Club Serrano account, and/or first name/last name (or any combination thereof). Listen carefully to the drawing instructions announced by the MC and have your Club Serrano card in-hand. Failure to claim your prize within the allotted timeframe will disqualify you from the prize.
16. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
