October 2026: Gemstone Mondays Promotions
Official Rules

Overview:

1. Participation in the “Gemstone Mondays” promotion is limited to Club Serrano members, 50 years of age or older.
2. Participants must swipe their Club Serrano card at the Marketing kiosk and activate the point multiplier promotion, PRIOR TO PLAYING TO BE ELIGIBLE.
3. Promotion will take place on Monday, October 5, and 19, 2026 from 5:00am -12:00pm.
4. Club Serrano members can earn 5X slot points on select qualifying slots and video poker games (excluding electronic table games).
5. Slot Points earned will be added to their Club Serrano account within 24 hours after the conclusion of the promo period described above, provided the participant has activated the promotion at the kiosk.  
6. Qualified participants must have their players’ card correctly inserted in the club card reader on eligible slots and video poker games (excluding electronic table games).
7. 5X Slot Points will not be awarded for play that occurred prior to swiping at the kiosk to activate the slot point multiplier.
8. Participants MUST pull their Club Serrano card from the Slot machine reader on or before the conclusion of promotion for slot points/ratings to be counted. Failure to do so will result in points not being multiplied. 
9. Club Serrano members, 50 years of age or older, can also earn 100 entries into October 26, 2026, Gemstone Drawing once 100 Tier Points are earned. 
10. Tier Points cannot be earned via the 5X Slot Point Multiplier. Earning Period is 5:00am – 12:00pm on Monday, October 5 and 19, 2026.

General Rules:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free. 
2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3. Participants drawn must have a Government issued valid photo ID acceptable to Palms Promotion Representative and their Club Serrano Player’s Card at time of verification to claim any and all Prizes. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g. W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. 
4. All Prize Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income. Non-US resident Prize Winners further acknowledge and agree that Prizes are subject to federal withholding requirements, which for non-cash prizes may require the potential winner to remit a tax withholding payment to Palms based on the required percentage of the fair market value of the prize won. 
5. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility. 
6. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances. 
7. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions.
8. By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.
9. By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.
10. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
11. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. 
12. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
13. Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals. 
14. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value. 
15. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.

October 2026: Gemstone Monday Kiosk Game Promotion
Official Rules

Overview:

1. Participation in the “Gemstone Mondays Kiosk Game” promotion is limited to Club Serrano members, 50 years of age or older.
2. Promotion will take place on Monday, October 12, 2026, from 5:00am -12:00pm.
3. Club Serrano members can win a Kiosk Game after 50 Tier Points are earned on select qualifying slots and video poker games (excluding electronic table games). 
4. Qualified participants must have their players’ card correctly inserted in the club card reader on eligible slots and video poker games (excluding electronic table games).
5. Once the 50 Tier Points are earned, Participants must swipe their card at any Marketing Kiosk to participate in the Kiosk Game.
6. Prizes are awarded in the form of Free Slot Play, up to five hundred dollars ($500).
7. Free Slot Play is valid for 3 days.
8. Any used, expired, unredeemed Free Slot Play will be forfeited. 
9. All Club Serrano members, 50 years of age or older, can also earn 100 entries into the October 26, 2026, Gemstone Drawing after they earn 100 Tier Points on Monday, October 12, 2026.
10. Tier Points can be earned on select qualifying slots and table games on Monday, October 12, 2026, from 5:00am – 12:00pm.

October Gemstone Drawings
Official Rules

Overview:

1. Participation in the “October Gemstone Drawing” is limited to Club Serrano members, age 50 years or older.
2. The Promotion will take place Monday, October 26, 2026.
   1. Earning Period – 5:00am, Monday, October 26, 2026 – 1:50pm, Monday, October 26, 2026.
   2. Drawing Activation – 12:00pm – 1:50pm, Monday, October 26, 2026.
   3. Drawing Times – 1:00pm and 2:00pm
   4. Drawing Location – Casino Lobby, Near Unknown Bar
3. Gemstone members participating in Slots or Table Game players will receive one (1) virtual drawing entry into the Drawing for every twenty-five (25) Tier Points earned from playing eligible slots or table games (excluding electronic table games) during the Promotional Earning Period.
4. Both drawings will have a total of five (5) winners, for a total of ten (10) winners for the day.
5. Drawing entries must be activated between 12:00pm – 1:50pm on the above drawing date. 
6. Entries can be activated by swiping the Club Serrano card at any Marketing Kiosk or by having an active rated slot or table session closed during the Activation Period.
7. Must be present to win. 
8. Participants can only win once per day.
9. For each drawing, five (5) names will be drawn at the same time and will be given two (2) minutes to claim their spot, or that spot will be forfeited, and other name(s) will be drawn. Redraws will be conducted, up to 2 times. 
10. The ten (10) potential winners will receive two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) in Free Slot Play, a Southwest Gift Card valued at fifty dollars ($50), and a Tumi Duffel Bag valued at two hundred seventy-nine dollars and twenty-five cents ($279.25).
