October 2026: Late Night Food Special Promotion — Official Rules

Overview:

  1. Participation in the “Late Night Food Special” Promotion is limited to qualified Club Serrano members.
  2. The promotion period will take place from Monday – Thursday in October 2026.
  3. To qualify for the Late-Night Food Special Promo, participants must earn the required Tier Points below, in a single day between 12am – 5am.
    • A. Earn 100 Tier Points — participants will qualify for a (1) food voucher that can be used for any $7.77 Late Night menu item for free at Serrano Vista Café. The menu items are the Night Owl Breakfast Sandwich, Biscuits & Gravy, and the Ultimate Palms Breakfast.
    • B. Earn 250 Tier Points — participants will qualify for a (1) food voucher that can be used for the $19.99 Late Night Steak and Eggs or two (2) items from the $7.77 Late Night menu items for free at Serrano Vista Café.
    • C. Earn 350 Tier Points — participants will qualify for two (2) items; choose from the $19.99 Late Night Steak and Eggs or an item(s) from the $7.77 Late Night menu items for free at Serrano Vista Café.
  4. Tier Points are not cumulative and do not carry over.
  5. Eligible participants may only redeem the promo once per week.
  6. Once Tier points are accumulated, qualified participants must swipe their card at any Marketing Kiosk between 12am – 5am the day of which tier points are accumulated to receive their food vouchers.
  7. To redeem, qualified participants must present their Club Serrano card at Serrano Vista Cafe inside Palms during the graveyard hours on Tuesday – Thursday (Serrano Vista Cafe Open 24/7 | Palms Casino Resort) using their Club Serrano Card and a valid photo ID.
  8. Vouchers must be used and redeemed all at once in a single transaction; any unused portion of the reward has no value and will be forfeited.
  9. Vouchers will be valid for 48 hours from issuance. Holidays are excluded, and Black out date may apply.
  10. Guests are responsible for any taxes, tips, and gratuities.

General Rules:

  1. Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.
  2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  3. Participants drawn must have a Government issued valid photo ID acceptable to Palms Promotion Representative and their Club Serrano Player’s Card at time of verification to claim any and all Prizes. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g. W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes.
  4. All Prize Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income. Non-US resident Prize Winners further acknowledge and agree that Prizes are subject to federal withholding requirements, which for non-cash prizes may require the potential winner to remit a tax withholding payment to Palms based on the required percentage of the fair market value of the prize won.
  5. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.
  6. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances.
  7. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Late Night Gift Pickup Rules

October 2026: Palms Weekly Gift Giveaway 

Overview:

  1. Participation in the “Palms Weekly Gift Giveaway” promotion is limited to Club Serrano members.
  2. Promotion will take place weekly, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, October 6 – October 28, 2026.
  3. This promotion is for invited and non-invited guests. Invited guests will receive a complimentary gift. Non-invited guests must earn 1,000 Tier Points on the same day, either Tuesday or Wednesday. Tier Points are not cumulative. 
  4. Invited guests may go to any Marketing Kiosk each week between 7:00am to 8:00pm, Tuesdays OR Wednesdays, to print their complimentary gift voucher.
  5. Qualified non-invited guests may go to any Marketing Kiosk between 7:00am to 8:00pm, on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, to print their gift voucher.
  6. Non-invited Participants must earn 1,000 Tier Points from playing Eligible slots or table games. Electronic table games are excluded. 
  7. The Tier Points Earning period begins at 7:00am and ends at 8:00pm on Tuesday or Wednesday. 
  8. Weekly redemption takes place on Tuesdays or Wednesdays between the hours below. Location: Near Fantasy Tower.
    • Turquoise and Diamond Tiers: Tue. or Wed. from 11:00am - 8:00pm

  9. In the event all gifts have been exhausted, Free Slot Play equal to the gift item value/offer will be automatically loaded to the guest Club Serrano card. 
  10. Free Slot Play in lieu of gifts will be valid and must be played within 24 hours. Any unused/expired Free Slot Play will be forfeited. 
  11. Failure to print and / or redeem the voucher between the promo hours mentioned above will result in forfeiture of the promo.

  3. Participants must earn 500 Tier Points from playing eligible slots, video poker and eligible table games from 12:00am – 5:00am every Tuesday, October 6 – October 27, 2026. Points do not cumulate. Electronic Table Games are excluded.
  4. Qualified participants must swipe their Club Serrano card at any Marketing Kiosk to redeem the promo. 
  5. Qualified participants will receive Free Slot Play or Free Table Bet. The amount of Free Slot Play, or Free Table Bets are variable and will be revealed through a Kiosk game.

October 2026: Late Night Hot Seat Promotion

Overview:

  1. Participation in the “Late Night Hot Seat”, promotion is open to all Club Serrano Members who are actively playing eligible slots, video poker machines and select table games using their own properly inserted Club Serrano Card. 
  2. The promotion will take place every Thursday on October 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, 2026, between 12:00am – 5:00am. 
  3. Lucky slots and table players actively playing using their Club Serrano card will be randomly drawn between 12:00am– 5:00am to win Free Slot Play.
