Club Serrano

1. Club Serrano membership is free. 
2. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
3. Valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification is required when applying for membership and for all player transactions.
4. Club Serrano club card points, offers and Earned Rewards are not transferable, including upon account termination, death or divorce. Benefits are intended for the member listed on the account only, and only the named account holder may use the card or access account information. Members are not allowed to share their Club Serrano card with another player. In addition, members (or players who do not have a Club Serrano card) are not allowed to use the Club Serrano card belonging to another player. Any member or player violating such rules may be excluded (banned) from the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and Palms Casino Resort gaming facilities.
5. Club Serrano card does not constitute a financial account and does not entitle the player to any financial services. The term “account” is used solely to describe the Club Serrano card which is used primarily for tracking gaming activity, transactional activity, and Earned Rewards. Club Serrano points have no cash value.
6. Members should report a lost or stolen card immediately. A duplicate card can be issued with proper identification. Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and Palms Casino Resort are not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards.
7. Club Serrano cards are used to track slot and table games play and accumulate Tier Points, Slot Points and Earned Rewards by the member only.
8. For each $1 wagered in slot machines, members earn 1 Slot Point and 1 Tier Point. For each $2 wagered in video poker machines at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, members earn 1 Slot Point and 1 Tier Point. For each $4 wagered in video poker machines at Palms Casino Resort, members earn 1 Slot Point and 1 Tier Point.
9. Slot Points can be converted to Free Play – $1 for 500 points. Minimum redemption is $5 for Yaamava Resort & Casino. Palms Casino Resort minimum redemption is $1.
10. Tier Points for table game play are based on game type, average bet and time played.
11. Earned Rewards can be redeemed at participating food outlets, retail shops for entertainment tickets and more.
12. Club Serrano Tier Level is based on points earned in a calendar year. Membership that shows no activity for a period of twelve (12) months will be considered inactive. Remaining points and earned rewards may be retired.
13. Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction or operator error or to cancel accounts for fraud or other misuse or attempted fraud or misuse of the Club Serrano card.
14. Members agree to allow the use of their name or likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation where permitted.
15. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules and eligibility for this club lie solely with Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and Palms Casino Resort, whose decisions are final.
16. Management reserves the right to modify, cancel, change or revise policies and benefits at any time without notice.
17. Individuals who are excluded from the casino by their own request or excluded at the discretion of Management are ineligible.
18. In the event of account termination, for any reason, Management reserves the right to revoke the member’s Earned Rewards, points, promotional offers, or any other club benefits earned prior to termination.
19. Employees of Yaamava’ Resort & Casino are not eligible for Club Serrano membership. All employees are encouraged to refer to the applicable Team Member gaming policy prior to visiting Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and Palms Casino Resort gaming facilities.
20. By participating in this program, participants agree to these terms, conditions and rules. If a participant would like to opt out of correspondence from the casino they should notify Club Serrano management. Unauthorized or fraudulent use may result in termination of benefits and/or membership. In the event a member’s benefits and/or membership are terminated for any reason, Palms Casino Resort shall have no obligation to award any compensation, and there shall be no other recourse for the account termination or revoked benefits.
21. Please gamble responsibly. If gambling is affecting your life or the life of someone you care about, Yaamava’ Resort & Casino guests may call the California Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER (800.426.2537). Palms Casino Resort guests may call the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MYRESET. 

1. Participation in the new sign-up promotion is limited to new Club Serrano members on the first five (5) days of signing up.
2. The New Club Serrano member promo will start on May 01, 2025, at 12:00am.
3. To qualify for the New Member promotion, players must earn the required tier points on eligible slots, video poker or eligible table games. Electronic Table Games Excluded.
4. Tier points must be earned anytime within the 5-day period.
5. Players can earn a total of five (5) incentives for their play that occurred anytime within the first five (5) days of signing up.

7. Once required Tier points are earned, eligible participants must swipe their Club Serrano card at the Marketing kiosk to redeem the award.
8. The Prize selected at the Marketing kiosk are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
9. Members must have their Club Serrano Cards correctly inserted into a slot machine to be eligible.
10. Table players must present their card to the dealer upon buy in to properly get rated for their table game play.
11. Free Slot Play will be valid for 3 days from issuance
12. Free Table Bet vouchers will be valid for 24 hours from issuance
13. Any unused/expired free slot play, or free table bet vouchers have no value and will be forfeited.
14. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
15. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g. W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes.  
16. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.
17. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances.
18. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions.
19. By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.
20. By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.
21. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
22. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing.
23. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
24. Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.  
25. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value.
26. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.

   • Management reserves the right to modify, cancel, change, or revise benefits at any time without notice.

Your current Club Serrano account and card can be used at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, just like you do at Palms. It will work at the slot machines, table games, hotel and other places you use your card at Palms Casino Resort today.

Some of the previous Palms accounts will be added into Club Serrano. For those accounts, guests will still need to come to Palms or Yaamava’ to set up a PIN and pick up their Club Serrano card. If your information is not in Club Serrano, we will be happy to set up a new account for you in Club Serrano and present you with a card that you can use at either Palms or Yaamava’.
