Marking the popular local brand's fifth Las Vegas Valley location, Al Vapor brings its signature Mexico City-inspired street tacos, family recipes, and bold flavors to the award-winning casino resort.
Founded in 2018 by a husband-and-wife team with roots in Mexico City, Al Vapor Street Tacos began as a family food truck business built on recipes passed down through generations. What started with two parents sharing their love of traditional Mexican cooking has grown into a beloved local business, with the next generation now helping lead its expansion. Today, the founders remain actively involved in the kitchen and daily operations, ensuring the authentic flavors and family traditions that inspired Al Vapor continue to shine.

• Street Taco Combo: Three corn tortilla tacos with a choice of asada, adobada, birria or pollo, topped with onions and cilantro. Pollo tacos include sour cream and cheese.
• Quesabirria Combo: Three medium corn tortillas filled with a choice of protein and mozzarella cheese, served with savory consommé for dipping.
• Asada Fries: Crinkle-cut Cajun fries loaded with melted cheese, beans, Maya sauce, sour cream, onions and cilantro.
