This holiday season, Palms Casino Resort invites guests to step into a rowdy, cheeky, and totally unforgettable pop-up bar experience with the debut of Santa’s Saloon, opening select nights from Wednesday, December 3 through Sunday, December 28. Located on the casino fl oor near Scotch 80 Prime, equal parts Western saloon, adult holiday party, and theatrical spectacle, this immersive experience is packed with over-the-top décor, signature cocktails, outrageous performances, and festive food that bucks tradition. A Wild West Winter Wonderland
Forget the cookie-cutter Christmas bar. Santa’s Saloon features two fully themed environments: a rustic cowboy dive decked in whiskey-bottle lights, bull horns, and bandana-wrapped ornaments, and a Frozen Rockies lodge glowing with icy LED eff ects, artifi cial snow drifts, and a full-blown “Frozen Stagecoach” moment. Swinging saloon doors, a giant reindeer skull, and photo ops like the Naughty Jail and Frozen in Ice set the stage for nonstop content creation.
“A Fistful of Holiday Spirit” – Live Entertainment
A rotating cast of off -color Christmas characters brings the Saloon to life with scripted performances and spontaneous interactions. Guests will encounter:
- A whiskey-soaked Drunk Santa slurring his toasts
- A crop-dusting Rudy the Reindeer ranting about drones
- A sultry Mrs. Claus selling shots and sass
- A pole-dancing toy doll named Woody
- And Chaps, the overzealous Elf Sheriff tossing partygoers into “jail”
This isn’t your average holiday revue—it’s a Vegas-style twist on Christmas, complete with burlesque numbers, cowboy toasts, and tap-dancing elves.
Boozy, Bold & Branded Cocktails
The drink menu is built for both laughs and likes, with cocktails that are as much about presentation as they are flavor:
- The Good, The Bad & the Naughty - Mount Gay Eclipse, Mount Gay Silver, grape juice, simple syrup, fresh lime juice, muddled blackberries, charcoal powder, Santa note from the North Pole
- Ain’t that a Kick in the Nutcracker -Tito’s handmade vodka, ginger beer, cranberry juice, lime juice, orange bitters, orange wheel garnish, served in a cowboy tin cup!
- Santa’s Sh!tKicker - Casamigo’s Reposado, Fresh Grapefruit Juice, Fresh Lime Juice, Ginger Syrup, Mint, Orange Bitters, Brulé Grapefruit Slices
- Beer lovers will appreciate the nod to cowboy culture with festive pours of Coors and Lone Star on glass boots and bullhorns

The menu is wild, shareable, and loaded with flavor. Highlights include:
- Empanadas Three Ways – short rib, turkey & stuffing, and tomatillo cheese
- Waffle Fry Skillet Nachos, Birria Tacos, and Pretzel Hangs
- “Elves Gone Wild” 36-wing platter with a Hot Sauce Fountain
- Jack Daniel’s Bread Pudding, Santa Hat Strawberries & Cream, and edible Chocolate Ornaments
Even the non-alcoholic drinks (aka “Moo-cktails”) get in on the fun with creative hot chocolates and cheeky names like Buddy’s Favorite Giddy Up! and Jingle Juice.

“We wanted to break the mold of traditional holiday pop-ups and deliver something truly unique and theatrical,” said Donovan Friedman with ThemeDream Productions, the creative team behind Santa’s Saloon. “We felt like Palms was the perfect location to bring our vision to life.”
Santa’s Saloon is open to guests 21+ and will be located at Palms Casino Resort, operating select nights from December 3 through December 31.
