The Haunted Inn: An Immersive Haunted Hotel Experiences

The interactive Halloween experience presented by Palms Popup Playhouse makes its debut September 30 and welcomes guests through October 31

LAS VEGAS (September 22, 2026) – Following the success of Santa’s Saloon and Camp Palms: No Kids Allowed, Palms Casino Resort will open the doors to its next immersive seasonal experience, The Haunted Inn, on September 30. The limited-run Halloween hotel will welcome guests through October 31 with no cover and ghoulishly good food and beverage offerings.

The Haunted Inn, the third concept from Palms Popup Playhouse, transports guests into a dilapidated, supernatural hotel where cocktails, culinary creations, original characters, live entertainment, music, comedy and theatrical environments all become part of the story. Creepy, funny, strange and highly interactive, the experience embraces the fun side of Halloween. Guests do not simply visit The Haunted Inn. They check in.

The story begins at a Front Desk filled with antique details, an old telephone, a service bell, numbered skeleton room keys and artifacts suggesting generations of questionable hospitality. Guests can sign the Inn’s registry and provide their “Last Wish” before exploring a haunted forest and cemetery overseen by Lady Palms, the Inn’s elegant and slightly dangerous supernatural matriarch and séance leader. Her residents include Little Bit, her rebellious punk-rock ghost daughter; Franchesca, a glamorous French maid vampire; Todd, the towering bell captain and would-be horror icon with no confirmed kills; Uncle Heckyll, an eccentric gravekeeper with a darker second personality; the invisible and eternally bickering Grandma and Grandpa; and Gary, the Inn’s pet werewolf.

Entertainment happens around the guests rather than exclusively in front of them. Characters roam the Inn, improvise at tables, perform scheduled moments and pull the room into séances, ghostly arguments, mock horror scenarios and spontaneous processions. Guests may become a pretend murder victim, help Uncle Heckyll bury a body, join Lady Palms’ séance or enter Todd’s increasingly questionable entourage. The mix of planned performances and unscripted encounters means two visits may not unfold the same way.

Food and beverage extend the characters and storytelling. Signature cocktails arrive in poison bottles, creepy doll-head mugs, blood bags, mini-coffins, skeleton hands and glowing vessels. At The Haunted Inn, even the menu is part of the show!

The culinary program follows the same approach with haunting delectable options, including:

  • Lady Palms’ Broom Service
  • Little Bit’s Bite Me! Bat Wings, and graveyard selections such as Creepy Crawly Chili. 

Music provides the heartbeat of the experience, moving among rock, alternative, new wave, pop, hip hop and horror-inspired favorites as character cues, sing-alongs and higher-energy communal moments change the mood throughout the night.
