Official Rules

OVERVIEW:

1. Participation in the September 24, 2026 Pro Women’s Basketball Watch Party Giveaway “Promotion” is limited to patrons who enter the Giveaway online at www.palms.com or the Palms App.
2. Promotion to take place before the Thursday, September 24, 2026 Aces vs Phoenix watch party inside of Ghostbar at Palms Casino Resort from 6:00pm – 8:00pm (conclusion of game).

How to enter:
1. Visit Palms Website or Palms App to enter the Drawing between 8am, Sunday, September 20 and 5pm on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
2. Complete Drawing entry form with:
    a. Name
    b. Phone Number
    c. Email
    d. Birthdate 
    a. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to fully complete/submit the Drawing entry form with correct information.
    b. Drawing entries with missing information may be subject to disqualification

Drawing:
3. The virtual random Drawing will be conducted at 10am on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. 
4. Winner to be contacted via phone and email with instructions on how to claim the prize. Potential winner will have until 6:00pm (start of game) to claim their prize. 
5. There will be no redraws conducted.
6. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

Prizes:
7. Drawing will consist of (1) one potential winner of a premium experience:

     Food & Beverage credit to be utilized at Scoth 80 Prime by Sunday, March 25, 2027.
        • Comp value not to exceed $200. Gratuity not included. Blackout dates apply.
     Ghostbar Pro Women’s Watch Party will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 6:00pm.

8. Prizes are not for resale or transfer, is valid for one-time use, no cash value and all unused/expired/unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

General Rules:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free. 
2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3. Participants drawn must have a Government issued valid photo ID acceptable to Palms Promotion Representative and their Club Serrano Player’s Card at time of verification to claim any and all Prizes. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g. W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. 
4. All Prize Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income. Non-US resident Prize Winners further acknowledge and agree that Prizes are subject to federal withholding requirements, which for non-cash prizes may require the potential winner to remit a tax withholding payment to Palms based on the required percentage of the fair market value of the prize won. 
5. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.  
6. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances. 
7. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions.
8. By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.
9. By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.
10. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
11. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. 
12. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize
13. Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals. 
14. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value. 
15. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
16. Palms Casino Resort endorses responsible gaming. Please gamble responsibly. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem and wants help, please call the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling Helpline at 1.800.MY.RESET.
