- Play will consist of Ten times (10x) odds with a $20,000 (twenty thousand dollars) max.
- Participants may take 10x odds up to $20,000 (twenty thousand dollars) max.
- Participants may lay odds to a 10x payout with a $20,000 (twenty thousand dollars) max.
- No Hop bets will be allowed.
- Maximum place bet is $5,000 (five thousand dollars), except $6,000 (six thousand dollars) on 6 and 8.
- Participants may not bet the Pass Line and Don’t Pass Line on the same roll.
- Buy bets will only be allowed on the 4 and 10.
- The Vigorish “Vig” for Straight Lay bets must be paid up front.
- Participants may also purchase a “Palms’ Chip” for $100 (one hundred dollars) at the beginning of their Tournament Round only. It cannot be purchased during play.
- All Palms’ Chips must be paid in cash or live casino chips; no markers will be accepted.
- A Palms’ Chip gives the player an opportunity to double the payout (2x).
- Players can utilize a Palms Chip one time per round on any wager to double a payoff.
- Once a payoff is removed from the table layout, it may no longer be doubled.
- If a player does not use their Palms’ Chip, it is forfeited at the end of each round or when the player is eliminated. All Palms’ Chips transactions are final, will not be refunded, are subject to identification requirements, and do not carry over from round to round.
- Once a bet is placed it may not be changed until the next roll.
- Once the “Stickman” calls “No more bets,” there will be no more betting allowed.
- First “Shooter” is determined by random draw, held before each Round.
- If the number drawn corresponds to an unoccupied seat, the first Shooter would then be the Participant in the next occupied spot/position moving clockwise from the drawn number.
- A Shooter will continue to roll until they seven out, at which the dice will be passed clockwise from the Shooter to the Participant in the next position/spot. (Example if Participant in position/spot 1 is the Shooter but sevens out, the dice will then move to the Participant in position/spot 2.)
- Participants have the option to pass the dice (forfeit their turn as the Shooter).
- All Shooters must try to reach the end of the table with the dice on their rolls.
- In the event a wrong Shooter rolls the dice, the roll is called a “No Roll.”
- If for any reason there is a “No Roll,” bets may be called off; otherwise, all bets will play as they lay.
- In the event two (2) or more points are marked, the tournament officials will determine the outcome.
- Each Round will consist of 25 (twenty-five) minutes of play.
- After the 25 (twenty-five) minutes of play, Participant’s remaining Tournament Chips will be counted before the table plays 1 (one) final roll.
- At the completion of each Tournament Round, all bets still in action will be returned to the initial betting Participant, including all Pass Line and Come bets.
- All Participant’s remaining Tournament chips at conclusion of the round will then be counted down and verified to determine final scores.
- When a Participant’s remaining bankroll amount drops below the minimum bet required for the next roll, the Participant is eliminated from that round.
- In the event of a tie, the tied Participants will play in a Playoff.
- The number of Participants involved in the tie will determine the number of rolls executed in the Playoff; 3 (three) rolls per tied Participant.
- Each tied Participant will be given a total of $1,000 (one thousand dollars) in Tournament chips and the Playoff will begin.
- The betting rotation will continue clockwise from the previous hand.
- Advancement through the Tournament is determined in the following ways:
- Opening Round:

- Advancers will be posted three (3) hours after completion of Day 1 of the tournament at the Palms Casino Resort Club Serrano Rewards Desk.

UPDATE 9/11/2026:
- In the unlikely event there are less than 96 top scores (above the score of 0) from Day 1 of Tournament Play all non-advancer names will be entered into a Drawing to fill the remaining spots. Example:
