Official Rules

OVERVIEW:

1.    Participation in the “Keep or Grab” Promotion is limited to Club Serrano members.

2.    The promotion will take place on Thursday, October 9, 16, 23 and 30.

3.    Guests must earn 25 tier Points from playing slots, video poker machines or eligible table games (electronic table games excluded) from 12:01am – 7:30pm every week to participate.

•    Week 1 earning period – Monday, October 6, 2025 – Thursday, October 9, 2025.
•    Week 2 earning period – Monday, October 13, 2025 – Thursday, October 16, 2025.
•    Week 3 earning period – Mondy, October 20, 2025 – Thursday, October 23, 2025.
•    Week 4 earning period – Monday October 27, 2025 – Thursday, October 30, 2025.

4.    Tier Points earned every week are not cumulative and will not roll over to the succeeding drawing week.

5.    Weekly earned entries must be activated between 5:00pm – 7:59pm by swiping their card at the Marketing kiosks or by having a rated slot or table game session closed on drawing day.

6.    The promotion will have four (4) drawing weeks. See dates and times below:

•    Drawing 1 – October 9, 2025, 6:00pm and 8:00pm
•    Drawing 2 – October 16, 2025, 6:00pm and 8:00pm
•    Drawing 3 – October 23, 2025, 6:00pm and 8:00pm
•    Drawing 4 – October 30, 2025, 6:00pm and 8:00pm

7.    The drawing for the “Keep or Grab” game will be near the Unknown Bar. Each drawing period will have five (5) guaranteed winners of free slot play or promo chips for a total of ten (10) drawing winners per week.

8.     Must be present to win.

9.    Drawing details for “Keep or Grab” promo:

a.    Five (5) potential winners will be called at the same time to claim their spot and to play the prize reveal game.

b.    Potential drawing winners will have two (2) minutes to come to the prize stage to claim their spot or their spot, and the associated prizes will be forfeited. There will be up to two (2) redraws for each drawing round. At the end of the total of three (3) draws, if spots are not filled and no winners are confirmed, the prize will be forfeited.

c.    The prize reveal will have four (4) $1,000 free slots play winners and One (1) grand prize winner who will play the “Keep or Grab” game.

d.    The grand Prize winner will be given the option to keep their guaranteed One Thousand Dollars $1,000 free play or an opportunity to play for a higher prize value depending on the amount of chips collected from the chip bucket. The Chip bucket will have a total of Ten Thousand Dollars $10,000 of non-cashable chips; each color will have the below corresponding quantity, denominations, and total value.

•    Hot Pink - 200 x $25 = $5,000
•    Light Blue – 200 x $10 = $2,000
•    Orange - 200 x $5 = $1,000
•    Olive Green – 20 x $100 = $2,000

e.    The Ten Thousand Dollars $10,000 non-cashable chips will be deposited in the chip bucket by the promotions team in front of the players visible to all the participants.

f.    Once all chips are deposited in the chip bucket, the player is required to look away from the chips with eyes closed while mixing up the chips placed in the bucket. Failure to follow the instructions will result in disqualification.

10.    Members can ask for a substitute to play the “Keep or Grab” game for them; however, all winnings will be credited to the confirmed drawing winner.

11.    Participants may only win once per week.

12.    All Prizes are awarded in Free Slot Play or Promo Chips valid at Palms Casino Resort

13.    All Finale Prizes will be loaded upon the conclusion of the event and Promo Chips must be redeemed from the Casino Cage within 30 days.

14.    Free Slot Play will be valid for 30 days upon issuance.

15.    Any unused, expired, and unredeemed prizes will be forfeited.

General Rules:

1.    Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.

2.    Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

3.    When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g. W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes.

4.    Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.

5.    Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances.

6.    Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, force majeure conditions. Executive Management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to force majeure conditions.

7.    By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.

8.    By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.

9.    Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.

10.    Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing.

11.    Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize.

12.    Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.

13.    Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value.

14.    For in-person (“must be present to win”) drawings, Palms may announce a potential winner’s first name and last initial, last four digits of a Club Serrano account, and/or first name/last name (or any combination thereof). Listen carefully to the drawing instructions announced by the MC and have your Club Serrano card in-hand. Failure to claim your prize within the allotted timeframe will disqualify you from the prize.

15.    Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
