Car For Every Tier Promotion

Note: The Official Rules govern the promotional activities occurring at Palms Casino Resort. For portions of the Promotion occurring at Yaamava' Resort & Casino, please see Yaamavá’s official rules available at: www.yaamava.com/casino/promotions. In the event of a conflict between Yaamavá’s rules and these Official Rules, these Official Rules and NRS §463.362 shall govern all aspects of the Promotion occurring at Palms Casino Resort.

Eligibility: Participation in the  Car For Every Tier (“Promotion”) is limited to those who, as of the date of entry: (I) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age with proof of age acceptable to Palms; and (ii) are a verified member in good standing of Club Serrano rewards program (membership is free and can join at any Club Serrano Rewards Center, including at Palms Casino Resort (“Palms”))(hereafter “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort (“Palms”),(“Sponsor”) or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including, but not limited to, Palms’ sister property, Yaamava' Resort & Casino (“YRC,” and collectively, with Palms and Sponsor, “Released Parties”), are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Individuals on any ban, self-limited or self-exclusion list applicable to any casino operated by or affiliated with Palms or YRC are not eligible for this Promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry submission constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Ways to Enter at Palms: The portion of the Promotion occurring at Palms begins on September 01, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends October 11, 2025, at approximately 9:00 p.m.  PT. There are three (3) methods to enter this Promotion at Palms: (1) Earned Entries for the Qualifier Drawings, (2) Earned Entries for the Last Chance Drawing, and (3) Top Point Earners

QUALIFIER DRAWINGS

How to Enter Qualifier Drawings at Palms: 
(i) Patrons can earn entries into the “Qualifier Drawings” during the applicable Earning Periods (defined below).

1.  The Qualifier Drawings (“Qualifier Drawings”) applicable to these Official Rules will be held at Palms Casino Resort on the Casino Floor near the Unknown Bar from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Qualifier Drawings will be divided into four (4) days for Classic, Emerald and Amber tiers and four (4) days for Diamond and Turquoise Tiers. Qualifier Drawing dates for Classic, Emerald and Amber tiers are on Fridays and the dates are as follows: (i.) Friday, September 05, 2025; (ii.) Friday, September 12, 2025; (iii.) Friday, September 19, 2025; (iv.) Friday, September 26, 2025. Drawings for Diamond and Turquoise are on Saturdays, and the dates are as follows: (i.) Saturday, September 06, 2025 (ii.) Saturday, September 13, 2025, (iii.) Saturday, September 20,2025, (iv.) and Saturday, September 27, 2025. For qualifier drawings held at YRC, see YRC’s rules available at the website noted above.  

2.  Participants can earn entries to the Qualifier Drawings during the following “Earning Periods”:

Classic, Emerald and Amber Tiers Qualifier Drawing # 1 held on Friday, September 5, 2025. 
a.  Slot Players earn one (1) entry for every 25 tier points from 12:01am Monday, September 01, 2025, through Friday, September 05, 2025, at 7:30pm.

b.  Table Game Players earn one (1) entry for every 25 tier points from 12:01am Monday, September 01, 2025, through Friday September 05, 2025, at 7:30pm. Tier points are based on time spent and average bets during the Earning Period. Players must present their Club Serrano card to a Pit Boss to be entered (rated).

Diamond and Turquoise Tiers Qualifier Drawing #4 held on Saturday, September 27, 2025.
a.  Slot Players earn one (1) entry for every 25 tier points from 12:01am Sunday, September 21, 2025, through Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 7:30pm.

b.  Table Game Players earn one (1) entry for every 25 tier points from 12:01am Sunday, September 21, 2025, through Saturday 27, 2025, at 7:30pm. Tier points are based on time spent and average bets during the Earning Period. Players must present their Club Serrano card to a Pit Boss to be entered (rated).

All Entrants MUST ACTIVATE THEIR ENTRIES between 5:00pm – 7:59pm on the applicable Qualifier Drawing day by swiping at any Marketing kiosk at Palms, or by having an active rated slot or table games session closed. Activated entries will be valid only for that particular Qualifier Drawing date and will NOT rollover to subsequent Qualifier Drawings. However, all earned qualifier entries WILL automatically rollover to the Finale Drawing on October 11, 2025, if reactivated between 5:00pm – 7:59pm on the day of the Finale Drawing. Any questions, please ask the Promotions Representative.

Qualifier Drawing Format: Must be present to win.

a.  Each weekly Qualifier Drawing will have five (5) drawings from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Between 6:00pm – 8:00pm, there will be two (2) winners per tier group. Each Friday there will be (2) winners from Classic, (2) winners from Emerald (2) winners from Amber and on Saturday (2) winners from Diamond and (2) winners from Turquoise for a total of ten (10) combined winners each week who will secure a spot for the semifinal drawing on October 04, 2025, at Palms Casino Resort.
 
b.  All potential winners per tier will be called one at a time to claim the prize and to secure their spot. 

c.  All potential winners per tier from Classic – Amber on Fridays and Diamond -Turquoise on Saturdays will be given two (2) minutes to claim their spot or that spot and the associated prize will be forfeited, there will be up to two (2) redraws for each round of qualifier drawings. At the end of three (3) draws, if all spots are not filled, the prize not selected will be forfeited.

3.  Free Slot Play Prizes from the Qualifier Drawings will be valid for thirty (30) days and valid only at Palms. Any Free Slot Play prize won will be automatically loaded/awarded to the primary registered Participant’s account approximately two (2) hours after the conclusion of the Drawing, subject to confirmation of eligibility requirements.

Note: All weekly Qualifier Drawing winners from each tier will advance to the semifinal drawing and automatically qualify for the prize reveal on October 04, 2025. These winners are required to check in at the drawing area with the promotions team on October 04, 2025, to randomly select their number and be eligible to play the reveal game. Failure to check in within the suggested check in time below will result in forfeiture of their spot and Palms promotions team, if necessary, will conduct another drawing to fill the missing spot for the reveal game.

SEMIFINAL DRAWING

How to Enter Semifinal Drawing at Palms: 
ALL entries earned between 12:01am September 1, 2025, through 7:30pm October 4, 2025, are automatically available for activation for the Semifinal Drawing.

Check in details for the Semifinals:

The semifinal drawing is on Saturday, October 04, 2025. The drawing will consist of Ten (10) participants from each tier for a total of Fifty (50) combined total semifinalists. Eight (8) from each tier are the weekly Prize winners and two (2) from each tier are the Fast Pass drawing winners held that evening between 5pm – 9pm. All Entrants for Fast Pass drawing must activate their entries between 4:00pm – 7:59pm by swiping at any Marketing Kiosks at Palms, or by having an active rated slot or table games session closed.

4.  The semifinal Fast Pass Drawing will have two (2) winners per tier who will join with the Eight (8) weekly qualifier drawing winners. All Ten (10) per tier group will play the game to reveal their prize. According to their specific tier group and based on the number randomly selected at check in, all semifinalists will choose an object to reveal their prize. Out of Ten (10) participants per tier group, one lucky winner will take home a brand new “Mercedes CLA 250 “and will automatically qualify for the round one group drawing at the Grand Finale on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at approximately 9:00pm.

5. The five (5) Mercedes CLA 250 winners will be given dealership credit in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) valid to use at the Mercedes Dealership (Fletcher Jones Imports) 7300 W. Sahara Las Vegas Nevada 89117 OR Fifty Thousand Dollars in Free slot play. Free Slot Play is valid for 30 days from the time of issuance and can only be played at Palms Casino Resort. 

6.  In the event that the participant’s Tier Status has changed during the duration of the promotion and drawn in multiple qualifier drawings, such Participant will be awarded the corresponding Free Slot Play prize but will not be given any additional spots in the Semifinal or Grand Finale Drawing.

Semifinal Drawing Prizes:

7.  The “Mercedes CLA 250” winners from each tier Drawing (up to 5 total) held at Palms on Saturday, October 04, 2025, will automatically advance to the round one group drawing on Saturday, October 11, 2025, between 8:00pm – 9:00pm. In the event that a Participant is a top point earner or drawn during the Last Chance drawing held that evening, such Participant will be awarded the corresponding Free Slot Play prize but will not be given any additional spots in the Grand Finale and Palms if necessary, will conduct a redraw to fill the necessary spot needed for the Grand Finale Drawing. 

8.  These winners are required to check in at the drawing area with the promotions team on October 11, 2025, to randomly select their number and be eligible to play the reveal game. Failure to check in within the suggested check in time (5pm – 8pm) will result in forfeiture of their spot and Palms promotions team, if necessary, will conduct another drawing to fill the missing spot for the reveal game.

LAST CHANCE DRAWING

The Last Chance Drawing will consist of five (5) drawings between 5pm - 9pm on Saturday, October 11, 2025, near Unknown Bar. Each hour will have two (2) winners for a total of Ten (10) winners who will automatically secure a spot to the Round 1 drawing of the grand finale at approximately 9:00pm.

How to Enter Last Chance Drawing at Palms: 
ALL entries earned between 12:01am September 1, 2025, through 7:30pm October 11, 2025, are automatically available for activation for the Last Chance Drawing.

9.  Entrants MUST ACTIVATE THEIR LAST CHANCE DRAWING ENTRIES between 4pm – 7:59pm on October 11, 2025, by swiping at any Marketing kiosk, or by having an active rated slot or table game session closed.

Drawing Format: Must be present to win.

a.  Two (2) winners per hour will be drawn between 5pm – 9pm for a total of Ten (10) combined participants who will automatically advance to the Round 1 Drawing.

b.  Each of the Last Chance drawing potential winners will be given two (2) minutes to claim their prize or that prize will be forfeited, and another name will be drawn until the prize has been claimed.

Last Chance Drawing(s) Prizes: Must be present to win.

(i) Note: In the event that a Participant is one of the Top Point Earners and is drawn in the Last Chance Drawing or has already advanced through the Weekly Qualifier Drawings, such Participant(s) will not receive an additional spot into the Grand Finale Drawing but will be awarded a minimum of five hundred dollars ($500) in free slot play.

10. Free Slot Play Prizes from the Last Chance Drawing will be valid for thirty (30) days only at Palms.

11. Any Free Slot Play prize won will be loaded/awarded to the primary registered Participant’s account at approximately two (2) hours after the conclusion of the Last Chance Drawing, subject to confirmation of eligibility requirements. Free Slot Play is valid only for slot play. 

FINALE

The Finale Drawing will be held Saturday, October 11, 2025, beginning at 5pm – 9pm at Palms Casino Resort. The Finale shall contain both Palms and YRC participants, and these Palms Official Rules shall govern the Finale for all Finale Participants.

How to Enter the Finale Drawing: 
(i) The Twenty (20) Invited Club Serrano guests who are the Top Point Earners (i.e. the top ten (10) from YRC and ten (10) Top Point Earners from Palms). Palms Earning Period is between September 1, 2025 – October 4, 2025, 12:01am – 11:59pm. Palms top point earners will be contacted via phone or email attached to their Club Serrano account beginning Monday, October 06, 2025, at 12pm. 
OR
(ii)    Be one of the ten (10) Qualifier Drawing winners, five (5) from YRC and Five (5) Semifinal drawing winners from Palms. 
OR
(iii)   Be one of the ten (10) Last Chance Drawing winners.

Drawing Format: Must be present to win. 

a.  Each of the forty (40) total Finale Entrants must physically “Check-In” with Palms Promotional Representatives Saturday, October 11, 2025, between 5pm – 8pm near Unknown Bar.

b.  At Check-in, Entrants will confirm their spot and randomly draw their Group for Round 1 of the Finale Drawing. If any of the forty (40) Finale Entrants do not check in by 8pm, Palms, if necessary, will conduct a separate random drawing from the virtual drawing drum with participants who activated their entries that evening.

c.  The Finale Drawing will consist of 2 (two) rounds:

Round 1: 
1.  Each of the forty (40) finalists will be placed into one five (5) groups with eight (8) participants each (i.e. Group A, B, C, D, E). The groups will be assigned randomly at Check-in.

2.  For each Group of eight (8) participants, in their order of Check-in, they will randomly choose an object to reveal their Prize.

3.  All Prizes within each Group will be revealed at the same time.

Round 1: Group Prizes

Round 2: 
1.  Each of the five (5) finalists who advanced from Round 1 will randomly select an object, in the order of their advancement from Round 1 to reveal their Prize.

2.  All Prizes will be revealed at the same time.

Round 2: Prizes

12. Free Slot Play prizes will be loaded approximately 2 hours after the conclusion of the Finale Drawing, subject to confirmation of eligibility requirements.

13. Free Slot Play Prize winners will have the option to Redeem the Free Slot Play at Palms or YRC; Free Slot Play cannot be split between properties. The decision must be made upon confirming the prize and signing off the prize log. 

14. Free Slot Play Prizes issued by Palms will be valid for thirty (30) days from issuance, regardless if actually utilized and Yaamava' free slot play validity rules will apply for free slot play issued at Yaamava'.

15. THE FINALE PRIZE WINNER OF THE MERCEDES-MAYBACH WILL NOT HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE PRIZE IN LIEU OF THE VEHICLE. The Finale Prize Winner must either accept the actual vehicle OR disclaim the Finale Prize altogether. The winner of Mercedes Maybach must: (i) provide proof of liability insurance for the vehicle and a valid driver’s license of the driver prior to vehicle departure from Palms or (ii) arrange at the Finale Grand Prize Winner’s sole cost, a professional tow of the vehicle from Palms. Grand Prize Winner shall have until 12:00 p.m. on October 13, 2025, to notify Palms Promotion Department of their decision to accept the vehicle or disclaim the prize. The vehicle is accepted as-is, where-is (Palms), and must be retrieved from the property on or before October 22, 2025, or the Grand Prize shall be automatically forfeited back to Palms without any replacement prize. Finale Grand Prize Winner should contact their designated Palms Promotion Department representative in advance of the aforementioned deadline for any questions regarding the vehicle. Finale Grand Prize winner is responsible for all taxes, registration fees, etc. relating to the vehicle.

16. For vehicles that require a transfer of title, this process may take sixty (60) days or longer from the date the prize was awarded. Palms will not be responsible for any delays caused by Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles.

17.  For in-person (“must be present to win”) drawings, Palms may announce a potential winner’s first name and last initial, last four (4) digits of a Club Serrano account, and/or first name/last name (or any combination thereof). Listen carefully to the drawing instructions announced by the MC and have your Club Serrano card in-hand. Failure to claim your prize within the allotted timeframe will disqualify you from the prize. 

GENERAL RULES

EACH PRIZE WINNER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES (INCLUDING INCOME AND SALES TAXES), AND FOR ANY OTHER FEES OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZES THEY RECEIVE. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except by Palms, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute another prize it believes is of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded only to the named Prize Winner. Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Palms.

Selection & Notification of Potential Winners: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received by Palms on the drawing dates set forth above. ENTRANTS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN AT ALL DRAWINGS. If the Potential Winner either expressly forfeits a Prize, or if the Potential Winner does not timely respond within any specified timeframe, the Prize shall be automatically deemed forfeited.

Potential Winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Each Potential Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Winner’s Form, which includes releases of liability and publicity, and full completion of applicable tax form(s) (e.g. 1099-MISC, W2-G, 1042-S) within three (3) days of issuance. Each Potential Winner shall be required to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification satisfactory to Palms that matches the name under which the Potential Winner entered. All Prize Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income. Non-US resident Prize Winners further acknowledge and agree that Prizes are subject to federal withholding requirements. Noncompliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules, or any notification not being successful or being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification of the Potential Winner. Accepting the Prize constitutes permission to use a Prize Winner’s name, likeness, and other biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the maximum extent permitted by law. PRIZES WILL ONLY BE AWARDED BY PALMS IF AND WHEN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS ARE CONFIRMED, ALL FORMS ARE COMPLETED, APPLICABLE WITHHOLDING OBLIGATIONS ARE SATISFIED, AND OTHER APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS MET.

Conditions: Earned Entries are unlimited during the applicable Earning Period, except as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules. Unactivated or incomplete Entries, expired Entries, or entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements, will be void. Use of automated technology or similar devices are prohibited. Entrants are prohibited from using multiple names, Club Serrano accounts, email addresses, or any other means to seek to obtain more than the allowed number of Entries or to seek to participate under more than one identity. Any attempt to do so is grounds for disqualification. 

By participating, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Palms, which shall be final and binding in all respects, subject to NRS §463.362. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, illegible, inaccurate or undelivered entries; or for any other mechanical, technical or human error of any type whatsoever. Palms reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries or Entrants and disqualify such Entrants who Palms believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.

Miscellaneous:   The Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize. Palms reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion (or portion thereof) for any reason, PALMS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION AND RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PERMITTED BY LAW. Palms reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Promotion at any time and without notice. 

Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively the state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, subject to NRS §463.362. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Palms in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Nevada and applicable Regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission and Nevada Gaming Control Board.
