Note: The Official Rules govern the promotional activities occurring at Palms Casino Resort. For portions of the Promotion occurring at Yaamavá Resort & Casino (including the separate Rolex give away at YRC), please see Yaamavá Resort & Casino official rules available at: www.yaamava.com/casino/promotions. These Official Rules and NRS §463.362 shall govern all aspects of the Promotion occurring at Palms Casino Resort.

Eligibility: Participation in (“Classic Luxury. Modern Speed.” (“Promotion”) is limited to those who, as of the date of entry: (i) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age with proof of age acceptable to Palms; and (ii) are a verified member in good standing of Club Serrano rewards program (membership is free and can join at any Club Serrano Rewards Center, including at Palms Casino Resort (“Palms”) (hereafter, “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Palms, or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including, but not limited to, Palms’ sister property, Yaamavá Resort & Casino (“YRC,” and collectively, with Palms, “Released Parties”), are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Individuals on any ban, self-limited or self-exclusion list applicable to any casino operated by or affiliated with Palms or YRC are not eligible for this Promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry submission constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Ways to Enter at Palms: This Promotion begins on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends Saturday, September 26, 2026, at approximately 10:00 p.m. PT. There are Four (4) methods to enter this Promotion. (1) Earned Entries for the Qualifier Drawings, (2) Be the Top Point Earner from the Club Serrano Tiers,
(3) Be one of the last chance drawing winners and (4) be a Winner of the YRC Classic Luxury. Modern Speed Finale on Sunday, September 20, 2026..

Overview:
Participation in the “Classic Luxury. Modern Speed.” Giveaway is limited to Club Serrano members.
2. Drawing(s) will take place in the Main Entrance Lobby of Palms Casino Resort on the following date(s) and time(s):
    • Qualifier Week 1: Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm
    • Qualifier Week 2: Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm
    • Qualifier Week 3: Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm
    • Qualifier Week 4: Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm
    • Qualifier Week 5: Saturday, September 5, 2026 at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm
    • Qualifier Week 6: Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm
    • Qualifier Week 7: Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm
    • Last Chance: Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm
    • Grand Finale: Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 9pm
3. Participants must be present at a Drawing(s) to win.
4. Participating Slots or Table game players will receive one (1) entry into the Drawing(s) for every twenty-five
(25) Tier Points earned during the Promotional “Earning Period(s)” below:

    • Qualifier Week 7 (September 19, 2026):
        o August 1, 2026, at 12:01am through September 19, 2026, at 8:30pm.

    • Last Chance (September 26, 2026):
        o August 1, 2026, at 12:01am through September 26, 2026, at 7:30pm
5. To be eligible Participants must activate their Drawing Entries each drawing day during the “Activation Period(s)” below:
    • Qualifier Drawings
      5pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 4pm – 4:59pm on the drawing date 
      6pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 4pm – 5:59pm on the drawing date 
      7pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 4pm – 6:59pm on the drawing date 
      8pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 4pm – 7:59pm on the drawing date 
      9pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 4pm – 8:59pm on the drawing date
    • Last Chance Drawings
      4pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 3pm – 3:59pm on the drawing date 
      5pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 3pm – 4:59pm on the drawing date 
      6pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 3pm – 5:59pm on the drawing date 
      7pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 3pm – 6:59pm on the drawing date 
      8pm Drawings: Entries must be activated between 3pm – 7:59pm on the drawing date

6. Participants must activate their drawing entries the day of the drawing by swiping their club card at any Marketing Kiosks or by having an active rated slot or table session closed during the Activation Period(s).
7. Weekly Qualifier Drawings earned entries will be eligible to rollover to subsequent weekly Qualifier Drawings, if REACTIVATED in the manner described above (see rule #6). In addition, all earned Drawing Entries will be eligible to rollover to the Last Chance Drawing(s) on September 26, 2026, at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm & 8pm, if REACTIVATED in the manner described above (see rule #6). If you have any questions, please ask a representative.

Qualifier Drawings (August 8-September 19,2026):
8. Each Weekly Qualifier Drawing will have six (6) potential winners per “Drawing Period” (5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm) for a total of thirty (30) winners each drawing day.
9. Potential Winners will have three (3) minutes to claim their spot in the reveal game for a prize. If the name drawn for the Weekly Drawings does not show up within the three (3) minutes, there will be a redraw. There will be up to two (2) redraws for each Drawing Period. At the end of a total of three (3) draws, if all six finalists are not filled, the lowest prize will be forfeited.
10. Winners can only win once per drawing day; i.e. a 7pm winner on August 8 cannot win again at 9pm on August 8.
11. Participants can only secure one (1) spot in the Grand Finale on September 26, 2026. In the event a participant wins multiple finalist spots, such participant will be eligible to receive the corresponding Free Slot Play but will not be given any additional spots in the Grand Finale.
    • In the event of vacant Grand Finale spot(s), due to a repeat winner, such finale spot(s) will be determined by a physical drawing consisting of the remaining eligible participants in that particular Drawing Period date/time.
        o In the unlikely event all participants have already won a Grand Finale Spot, that particular Grand Finale Spot will go unclaimed for that Drawing Period. Palms, if necessary, will conduct a separate random drawing September 26, 2026 after the Last Chance Drawing from the virtual drawing drum with participants who activated their entries that day to ensure sixty (60) participants are in the Grand Finale.

Top Point Earners (August 1-September 12, 2026):

13. The Top one (1) Point Earner from each Club Serrano Tier (Classic, Emerald, Amber, Diamond, Turquoise) for a total of five (5) Top Point Earners from 12:01am Saturday, August 1, 2026, through 11:59pm Saturday, September 12, will automatically advance to:
    • Grand Finale at YRC on Sunday, September 20, 2026, beginning at 7:30pm. Please see Yaamavá Resort & Casino official rules available at: www.yaamava.com/casino/promotions.
AND
    • Grand Finale at Palms Casino Resort on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 9pm.

Last Chance Drawings (September 26,2026):
14. Each Last Chance Drawing will have six (6) potential winners per “Drawing Period” (4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm) for a total of thirty (30) winners.
15. Potential Winners will have three (3) minutes to claim their spot in the reveal game for a prize. If the name drawn for the Weekly Drawings does not show up within the three (3) minutes, there will be a redraw. There will be up to two (2) redraws for each Drawing Period. 18. Prizes:

Grand Finale (September 26,2026):
19. The Grand Finale will consist of thirty-five (35) Weekly Qualifier Grand Prize winners, five (5) Palms Top Point Earnes (one from each tier), five (5) YRC Grand Finale winners, and fifteen (15) Last Chance Grand Prize winners, for a total of sixty (60) max participants.
20. Each of the sixty (60) total Grand Finale entrants must physically “check-in” with Palms Promotional Representatives at the drawing area in the Hotel Lobby Near Main Entrance on Saturday, September 26, 2026 between 5pm – 8:00pm
21. At check-in, all sixty (60) entrants will confirm their spot and randomly draw their group for round 1 of the finale drawing. If any of the sixty (60) finale entrants from the Weekly Qualifier Drawings, Top Point Earners, or YRC Grand Finale do not check in by 8:00pm, their finale spots will be forfeited.
        o Palms, if necessary due to a vacancy in the Grand Finale, will conduct a separate random drawing after completion of the 8:00pm Last Chance Drawing, September 26, 2026 from the virtual drawing drum with the Last Chance Drawing participants who activated their entries that day to ensure sixty (60) participants are in the Grand Finale.
22. The finale drawing will consist of 2 (two) rounds:
    • ROUND 1:
    A. Each of the sixty (60) finalists will be placed into one five (5) groups with ten (10) participants each (i.e. Group a, b, c, d, e). The groups will be assigned randomly at check-in.

    B. For each group of Twelve (12) participants, according to their groups and time assigned at check-in, they will randomly choose an object to reveal their prize.
    C. All prizes within each group will be revealed at the same time.

    • ROUND 2:
    B. Each of the five (5) finalists, who advanced from Round 1, will randomly select an object, in the order of their advancement from Round 1 to reveal their prize.
    3. All prizes will be revealed at the same time.

23. Participants must be present at Grand Finale Round(s) to win and be eligible for prize.
24. Participants drawn must have a Government issued valid photo ID acceptable to Palms Promotion
Representative and their Club Serrano Player’s Card at time of verification to claim any and all Prizes.
25. All Prizes awarded in Free Slot Play will be valid only at Palms Casino Resort.
26. Free Slot Play will be loaded upon conclusion of the drawing and confirmation of eligibility and will be valid for 30 days from issuance.
27. Any prize won will be awarded to the primary registered Participant.
28. All paperwork must be completed after the winner has been verified and confirmed.
29. THE GRAND FINALE PRIZE WINNER OF THE FORD MUSTANG DARK HORSE WILL NOT
HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE PRIZE IN LIEU OF THE VEHICLE. The Finale Prize Winner must either accept the actual vehicle OR disclaim the entire Finale Prize altogether. The winner of Mustang must: (i) provide proof of liability insurance for the vehicle and a valid driver’s license of the driver prior to vehicle departure from Palms or (ii) arrange at the Finale Grand Prize Winner’s sole cost, a professional tow of the vehicle from Palms. Grand Prize Winner shall have until 12:00 p.m. on September 28, 2026, to notify Palms Promotion Department of their decision to accept the vehicle or disclaim the prize. The vehicle is accepted as-is, where-is (Palms), and must be retrieved from the property on or before October 5, 2026, or the Grand Prize shall be automatically forfeited back to Palms without any replacement prize. Finale Grand Prize Winner should contact their designated Palms Promotion Department representative in advance of the aforementioned deadline for any questions regarding the vehicle. Finale Grand Prize winner is responsible for all taxes, registration fees, etc. relating to the vehicle, as well as all tax liability included as set forth in the General Rules.
30. For vehicles that require a transfer of title, this process may take sixty (60) days or longer from the date the prize was awarded. Palms will not be responsible for any delays in the title transfer process, including delays caused by Nevada Department Motor of Vehicles.

General Rules:
1.Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.
2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g., W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize.
4. ALL PRIZE WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, INCLUDING TAXES IMPOSED ON THEIR INCOME. NON-US RESIDENT PRIZE WINNERS FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT PRIZES ARE SUBJECT TO FEDERAL WITHHOLDING REQUIREMENTS, which for non-cash prizes may require the potential winner to remit a tax withholding payment to Palms based on the required percentage of the fair market value of the prize won. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except as expressly set forth above.
4. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.
5. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances.
6. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions.
7. By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.
8. By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.
9. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
10. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing.
11. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
12. Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.
13. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value.
14. For in-person (“must be present to win”) drawings, Palms may announce a potential winner’s first name and last initial, last four digits of a Club Serrano account, and/or first name/last name (or any combination thereof). Listen carefully to the drawing instructions announced by the MC and have your Club Serrano card in-hand. Failure to claim your prize within the allotted timeframe will disqualify you from the prize.
15. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
