Official Rules

Overview:

1.    Participation in the “$200K Corral The Keys Truck Giveaway” is Limited to Club Serrano members.

2.    Drawing dates(s):

• November 15, 2025

• November 22, 2025

• November 29, 2025

• December 6, 2025

• Finale: December 13, 2025

3.    Drawing Location: Hotel Lobby Main Entrance at Palms Casino Resort

4.    The weekly qualifier drawings will begin on November 15, 2025 – December 6, 2025. Weekly Drawings will have two (2) drawing periods every Saturdays. 

• 6:00pm – 1st Period

• 8:00pm – 2nd Period

5.    The Finale Drawing on December 13, 2025, will begin at 8:00pm – 11:15pm.

6.    Participants must be present at all drawings to win.

7.    Participating Slot or Table game players will receive one (1) virtual drawing entry into the Drawing for every twenty-five (25) Tier Points earned from playing eligible slots or table games (excluding electronic table games) during the promotional Earning Period described below.

8.    Tier Points must be earned during the promotional Earning Period (s) below:

• November 15, 2025, Drawing Earning period: Sunday, November 9, 2025, at 12:01am – Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 7:30pm. 

• November 22, 2025, Drawing Earning period: Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 12:01am – Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 7:30pm.  

• November 29, 2025, Drawing Earning period: Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 12:01am – Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 7:30pm.

• December 6, 2025, Drawing Earning period: Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 12:01am – Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 7:30pm. 

• FINALE Drawing on December 13, 2025, Drawing Earning period: Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 12:01am – Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 10:30pm.

9.    Participants must activate their drawing entries during the weekly activation period described below.

10.     Weekly Drawing Activation Period:

• 6:00pm and 8:00pm drawing – entries must be activated between 5:00pm – 7:59pm. 

• All activated entries will be valid for both 6:00pm and 8:00pm drawings.

11.    Finale Drawing Activation period is on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

• 8:00pm, 9:00pm, 11:00pm and 11:15pm drawings – entries must be activated between 7:00pm – 10:59pm

• All activated entries will be valid for all finale drawings.

12.    All participants must activate their drawing entries the day of the drawing by swiping their club card at any Marketing kiosk, or by having an active rated slot or table session closed.

13.    Weekly earned entries that are activated for that applicable drawing date will ONLY be valid for both periods (6:00pm and 8:00pm).

14.     All drawing entries earned will be eligible to rollover to the Finale Drawing on Saturday, December 13, 2025, if REACTIVATED in the manner described above. Subject to Rule #11.

15.    The Weekly Drawing will have five (5) potential winners per drawing period for a total of ten (10) winners each drawing week.

16.     The Weekly Grand prize winner will automatically qualify for the prize reveal game at 11:15pm on finale day, December 13, 2025. These winners are required to check in with the promotions team between 7:00pm – 10:30pm on December 13, 2025, to randomly select their number and be eligible to play the reveal game. Failure to check in will result in forfeiture of their spot and Palms promotions team, if necessary, will conduct another drawing from all the activated entries between 5:00pm – 10:59pm that day to fill the missing spot for the reveal game.

17.     For the weekly drawing five (5) names will be drawn at the same time, and they will be given two (2) minutes to claim their spot.

18.     If the name drawn does not show up within two (2) minutes, there will be two (2) redraws for both drawing periods. At the end of the total of three (3) draws, if all five (5) finalists are not filled, the prize not selected will be forfeited. If necessary, Promotions team will conduct an additional drawing on Finale Day, December 13, 2025, at 10pm to fill the missing spot and complete the total number of finalists needed for the11:00pm drawing.

19.    Participants can only win ONCE per week in the weekly drawing but can win multiple times in the finale. In the event that a participant wins multiple finalist spots in the weekly drawings, such participant will be eligible to play the game to receive the corresponding free slot play but the finalist spot will then be awarded to second place for that particular drawing round.

20.     The Finale drawing on December 13, 2025, will have a total of four (4) drawing rounds, at 8:00pm, 9:00pm, 11:00pm and 11:15pm.

21.    Details of the finale drawing rounds below:

• 8:00pm drawing – will have five (5) winners. Winners will be called all at once to claim their spot and play the game to reveal their prize. The grand prize winner will automatically qualify for the 11:00pm drawing.

• 9:00pm drawing – will have five (5) winners. Winners will be called all at once to claim their spot and play the game to reveal their prize. The grand prize winner will automatically qualify for the 11:00pm drawing.

• 11:00pm drawing – will be the Fast Pass drawing with a total of two (2) winners. The two (2) Fast Pass winners will automatically qualify to play the reveal game at 11:15pm drawing.

• 11:15pm drawing – will be the grand finale drawing that consists of eight (8) weekly Grand prize qualifier winners, two (2) Grand Prize winners from the 8:00pm and 9:00pm drawings earlier that evening and two (2) Fast Pass winners from the 11:00pm drawing for a total of ten (12) qualifiers that will play the prize reveal game.

In the Finale: Each of the potential winners will be given two (2) minutes to claim the spot or that spot will be forfeited, and another name will be drawn until all spots are filled.

22.     The twelve (12) drawing participants will choose an object and reveal their prize all at the same time. See the prizes below.

23.    All participants can only secure one (1) spot in the finale drawing. In the event that a participant wins multiple finalist spots or a Fast pass drawing winner such participant will receive the corresponding free slot play but will not be given any additional spot in the finale. If necessary, Palms will conduct another drawing to fill the ten (10) spots needed for the grand finale.

24.    Winners will be awarded Free Slot Play valid at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

25.     Any unclaimed spot and the associated prizes will be forfeited.

26.    The Grand Finale Prize Winner of the 2025 TUNDRA I – FORCE MAX (1794 EDITION) with estimated value of Seventy-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars ($74,779.00) plus Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) worth of Custom Package will be given an alternative prize of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) in CASH OR One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) Free Slot Play in lieu of the vehicle. The Finale Grand Prize winner may disclaim the vehicle and accept either free slot play or Cash alternative. The winner must inform the Palms promotions representative of their decision on or before 12:00pm on December 15, 2025, or the prize package shall automatically be forfeited back to Palms without any replacement prize. If the grand prize winner accepts the vehicle, the grand prize drawing winner must complete the necessary paperwork at the dealership and must arrange the retrieval of the vehicle from the dealership. The prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, registration fees, etc. relating to the vehicle.  All Prize Winners should contact their designated Palms Promotion Department representative in advance of the aforementioned deadline for any questions regarding the prize package.

27.    For vehicles that require a transfer of title, this process may take sixty (60) days or longer from the date the prize was awarded. Palms will not be responsible for any delays caused by the Nevada Department of Motors Vehicles.

30.     Participants drawn must have a valid photo ID and their Club Serrano Player’s Card with them to be verified to claim the Prize.

31.     Free Slot Play will be loaded upon conclusion of the drawing, given that the winner’s eligibility has been confirmed.

32.     Free Slot Play will be valid for 30 days from issuance.

33.     Any prize won will be awarded to the primary registered Participant.

34.     All paperwork must be completed after the winner has been verified and confirmed.

35.     Management reserves the right to offer bonus entries during the drawing earning period. If you have any questions regarding the bonus entries, please ask a representative of the Promotions and Players Club.

General Rules:

1.    Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.

2.    Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

3.    When applicable, winners must fil out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g. W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes.

4.    Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility. 

5.    Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances.

6.    Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions.

7.    By participating in the Drawing, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Drawing. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.

8.    By participating in this Drawing, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.

9.    Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.

10.     Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested self- limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Drawing.  

11.     Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize.

12.     Casino capacity is limited and participation in a drawing is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.

13.     Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value.

14.     For in-person (“must be present to win”) drawings, Palms may announce a potential winner’s first name and last initial, last four (4) digits of a Club Serrano account, and/or first name/last name (or any combination thereof). Listen carefully to the drawing instructions announced by the MC and have your Club Serrano card in-hand. Failure to claim your prize within the allotted timeframe will disqualify you from the prize.

15.     Management reserves the right to cancel, change, or modify the promotion without any notice at any time.
