February 2026: $80K Lucky Buddha Kiosk and Drawing Promotion
Official Rules

OVERVIEW:

1. Participation in the “Lucky Buddha” Promotion is limited to Club Serrano members.
2. The Kiosk Promotion event will take place every Sunday, February 1, 8, 15, and 22, 2026.
   1. Kiosk Promo Redemption - 7:00am – 8:00pm.
   2. Drawings – 7pm and 9pm
   3. Drawing Location – Hotel Lobby Main Entrance
   4. Drawing Activation – 6pm – 8:59pm
3. Invited guests - will receive an offer of one (1) complimentary kiosk game each Sunday to participate.
4. Non-invited guests must earn 1,000 Tier Points from playing eligible slots, video poker and eligible table games from 12:01am – 7:45pm each Sunday to participate. Electronic Table Games are excluded.
5. Every Sunday’s participants will receive prizes from the Marketing kiosk; prizes are in Free Slot Play or Free Bets and virtual drawing entries to the 7pm and 9pm drawing that evening. 
6. Qualified participants must swipe their Club Serrano card at any Marketing Kiosk every Sunday between 7:00am – 8:00pm to redeem the promo and to receive their drawing entries for the 7pm and 9pm drawing that evening.
7. Kiosk weekly Prizes are the following below. Prizes and entries vary and will be determined via kiosk game. 
   1. Free Slot Play or Free Bets – up to two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
   2. Drawing Entries – up to two thousand five hundred (2,500) Virtual Drawing Entries. Entries do not roll over.
   3. Free Slot Play awarded at the kiosk will be valid for 3 days. 
   4. Free Bet vouchers awarded at the kiosk will be valid for 24 hours.
8. Drawings at 7pm and 9pm will have five (5) winners for a total of ten (10) winners for each drawing period.
9. Drawing entries must be activated between 6:00pm – 8:59pm on drawing date. Activated entries will be valid for both 7pm and 9pm drawings. 
10. Must be present to win.
11. May only win once per drawing day.
12. For each drawing round, five (5) names will be drawn at the same time and will be given two (2) minutes to claim their spot, or that spot will be forfeited, and another name will be drawn until all five (5) spots are filled.
13. The five (5) potential winners per period will choose an object in the order they were confirmed. Winners will reveal their prize all at the same time.

17. All Finale Prizes are awarded in free slot play valid at Palms Casino Resort; free slot play will be credited 1 hour after the conclusion of the drawing.
18. Free Slot Play prizes awarded on drawing day will be valid for 30 days. 
19. Any unused, expired, unredeemed Free Slot Play will be forfeited.
20. Management reserves the right to offer bonus entries via marketing programs during the drawing earning period. If you have any questions regarding the bonus entries, please ask the Promotions or Players Club specialists.

General Rules:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free. 
2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g. W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. 
4. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility. 
5. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances. 
6. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, force majeure conditions. Executive Management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to force majeure conditions. 
7. By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.
8. By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.
9. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
10. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. 
11. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort &
12. Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. 
    Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals. 
13. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value. 
14. For in-person (“must be present to win”) drawings, Palms may announce a potential winner’s first name and last initial, last four digits of a Club Serrano account, and/or first name/last name (or any combination thereof). Listen carefully to the drawing instructions announced by the MC and have your Club Serrano card in-hand. Failure to claim your prize within the allotted timeframe will disqualify you from the prize.
15. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
