Eligibility: Women’s Pro Basketball Viewing Party Giveaway (“Promotion”) is limited to Club Serrano members. Must be 21 years of age or older (with proof of age acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free. (hereafter “Entrant”)Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort (“Sponsor”)or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry submission constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

How to Enter: The Promotion begins on September 10, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends September 22, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, you may participate in the Promotion via the entry method below (“Entry”): 

Participants may register for the Promotion at Palms.com, through the Palms app, or by scanning the official Promotion QR code, including the QR code featured in KTNV promotional materials. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with Instagram. Entries must comply with applicable social media platform’s terms & conditions.

Conditions: Limit of one (1) Entry per person, during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry. If more than one (1) Entry is submitted per person, Sponsor will only consider the first Entry submitted. Incomplete Entries or Entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be void. Each Entry must be manually entered by the individual Entrant; use of automated technology or similar devices are prohibited. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

By participating, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects, subject to Nevada Revised Statutes $463.362. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, illegible, inaccurate or undelivered entries; or for any other mechanical, technical or human error of any type whatsoever. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries or Entrants and disqualify such Entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.

Selection & Notification of Potential Winner:

A virtual random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The selected winner will be contacted by phone and email with instructions on how to claim the prize. The winner must claim the prize by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026.  

No redraw will be conducted. Any prize not claimed by the deadline will be forfeited. 

Potential Winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Each Potential Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, which includes releases of liability and publicity, within two (2) days of issuance of notification. Each Potential Winner may be required to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification that matches the name under which the Potential Winner entered. If a dispute arises over entitlement to a prize, the winner is the person to whom the applicable social media account is assigned. Noncompliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules, or any notification not being successful or being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification of the Potential Winner and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential winner will be selected. Accepting the Prize (as defined below) constitutes permission to use a Prize Winner’s (as defined below) name, likeness, and other biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law.  

Prize(s):
One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) reserved table at Ghostbar during the September 24 Las Vegas Aces vs. Phoenix Watch Party for up to eight (8) guests.
• Up to $200 in food and beverage credit at Scotch 80 Prime to be utilized by Sunday, March 25, 2027. RSVP required & subject to availability. Gratuity excluded.
• One (1) complimentary bottle of liquor with a menu value of up to $375, valid during the September 24 Watch Party only. Gratuity excluded.

The Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prizes they receive. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute cash value or another prize it believes is of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable and will be awarded. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Promotion is: $625.00.

Miscellaneous:

If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified, and the entrant with the next-highest entry may be deemed the Potential Winner, time permitting. If Sponsor is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if Sponsor fails to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prizes available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to not award such prize(s).

The Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion (or portion thereof) for any reason, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION AND RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PERMITTED BY LAW.

Arbitration & Choice of Law: As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the Streamlined Rules of JAMS and held in Clark County, Nevada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Nevada. Promotion is subject to all other applicable federal, state, and local laws, including NRS §463.362.

Winners List: For the name of the Prize Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Palms Casino Resort – “Women’s Pro Basketball Viewing Party Giveaway,” Attn: Marketing Dept., 4321 W. Flamingo Rd., Las Vegas, Nevada 89103. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the close of the Promotion Period.

Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the Promotion without notice at any time.

The decisions of Management regarding all aspects of this Promotion are final and binding, subject to NRS 463.362 which governs the Promotion.
