Eligibility: Participation in The Million Dollar Moments (“Promotion”) is limited to those who, as of the date of entry: (i) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age with proof of age acceptable to Palms; and (ii) are a verified member in good standing of Club Serrano rewards program (membership is free and can join at any Club Serrano Rewards Center, including at Palms Casino Resort (“Palms”) (hereafter, “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Palms, or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including, but not limited to, Palms’ sister property, Yaamavá Resort & Casino (“YRC,” and collectively, with Palms, “Released Parties”), are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Individuals on any ban, self-limited or self-exclusion list applicable to any casino operated by or affiliated with Palms or YRC are not eligible for this Promotion. Ways to Enter at Palms: The portion of the Promotion occurring at Palms begins on October 24, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends November 21, 2025, at approximately 8:00 p.m.  PT. There are Three (3) methods to enter this Promotion at Palms: (1) Earned Entries for the Qualifier Drawings, (2) Top two (2) Point Earners and Top Point Earner drawing winners, and (3) earned entries at Palms to qualify and print tickets for a “Million Dollar Day 2” drawing at YRC.

QUALIFIER DRAWINGS AT PALMS

How to Enter Qualifier Drawings at Palms: 
Patrons can earn entries into the “Qualifier Drawings” during the applicable Earning Periods (defined below).

1. The Qualifier Drawings (“Qualifier Drawings”) applicable to these Official Rules will be held at Palms on the Casino Floor near the hotel lobby at 6:00pm and 8:00pm. Qualifier Drawings will be divided into four (4) days, and the drawing dates are as follows: (i.) Friday, October 31, 2025; (ii.) Friday, November 7, 2025; (iii.) Friday, November 14, 2025; (iv.) Friday, November 21, 2025. For qualifier drawings held at YRC, see YRC’s rules available at the website noted above.  

2. Participants can earn entries to the Qualifier Drawings during the following “Earning Periods”:

   Qualifier Drawing # 1 held on Friday, October 31, 2025. 

   1. Slot Players earn one (1) entry for every 100 tier points from 12:01am Friday, October 24, 2025, through Friday, October 31, 2025, at 7:30pm.
   2. Table Game Players earn one (1) entry for every 100 tier points from 12:01am Friday, October 24, 2025, through Friday October 31, 2025, at 7:30pm. Tier points are based on time spent and average bets during the Earning Period. Players must present their Club Serrano card to a Pit Boss to be entered (rated).

   2. Table Game Players earn one (1) entry for every 100 tier points from 9:00pm Friday, November 14, 2025, through Friday, November 21, 2025, at 7:30pm. Tier points are based on time spent and average bets during the Earning Period. Players must present their Club Serrano card to a Pit Boss to be entered (rated). 

   All Entrants MUST ACTIVATE THEIR ENTRIES between 5:00pm – 7:59pm on the applicable Qualifier Drawing day by swiping at any Marketing kiosk at Palms, or by having an active rated slot or table games session closed. Activated entries will be valid only for that particular Qualifier Drawing date and will NOT rollover to subsequent Qualifier Drawings. 

   Qualifier Drawing Format: Must be present to win. 

   1. Each weekly Qualifier Drawing will have two (2) drawing periods, at 6:00pm and 8:00pm. There will be five (5) winners per period, for a total of ten (10) combined winners per Qualifier Drawing week. The two (2) top prize winners from each Qualifier Drawing week will secure a spot for the Grand Finale drawing on November 30, 2025, at YRC in California, and subject to YRC Finale Promo Rules.
   2. All potential winners will be called all at once to claim the prize and to play the reveal game.
   3. All potential winners will be given two (2) minutes to claim their spot or that spot and the associated prize will be forfeited, there will be up to two (2) redraws for each round of qualifier drawings. At the end of three (3) draws, if all spots are not filled, the prize not selected will be forfeited.

   TOP 100 POINT EARNER EVENT AT PALMS

   How to Qualify for the Top 100 Point Earner Event and Drawing at Palms:

   1. Earning Period: 12:01am October 24, 2025, through 11:59pm November 17, 2025.
   2. Event Location: Moon at the Fantasy Tower
   3. Event Date and Time: November 24, 2025, between 6:00pm – 7:00pm
   4. Check In Time: 6:00pm
   5. Drawing Time: 6:45pm

The Top 100-point earners from October 24, 2025 through November 17, 2025, will be invited into the Top 100 Point Earner event on November 24, 2025, between 6:00pm-7:00pm held at Palms. All invited Top 100-point earners will automatically receive $500 in Free Slot Play upon check in. During the Top 100 Point Earner event, the Palms Top two (2) point earners (so long as they check-in as required)  will automatically advance to November 30, 2025, finale at Yaamavá Resort & Casino. Upon check in, the remaining Top point earners (up to 98) will receive a physical drawing ticket to enter the drawing at 6:45pm wherein Palms will conduct a drawing at the event for a total of additional five (5) winners who will also advance to the finale on November 30, 2025, at YRC. EACH PRIZE WINNER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES (INCLUDING INCOME AND SALES TAXES), AND FOR ANY OTHER FEES OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZES THEY RECEIVE. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except by Palms, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute another prize it believes is of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded only to the named Prize Winner. Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Palms.

Selection & Notification of Potential Winners: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received by Palms on the drawing dates set forth above. ENTRANTS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN AT ALL DRAWINGS. If the Potential Winner either expressly forfeits a Prize, or if the Potential Winner does not timely respond within any specified timeframe, the Prize shall be automatically deemed forfeited.
Potential Winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Each Potential Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Winner’s Form, which includes releases of liability and publicity, and full completion of applicable tax form(s) (e.g. 1099-MISC, W2-G, 1042-S) within three (3) days of issuance. Each Potential Winner shall be required to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification satisfactory to Palms that matches the name under which the Potential Winner entered. All Prize Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income. Non-US resident Prize Winners further acknowledge and agree that Prizes are subject to federal withholding requirements. Noncompliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules, or any notification not being successful or being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification of the Potential Winner. Accepting the Prize constitutes permission to use a Prize Winner’s name, likeness, and other biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the maximum extent permitted by law. Conditions: Earned Entries are unlimited during the applicable Earning Period, except as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules. Unactivated or incomplete Entries, expired Entries, or entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements, will be void. Use of automated technology or similar devices are prohibited. Entrants are prohibited from using multiple names, Club Serrano accounts, email addresses, or any other means to seek to obtain more than the allowed number of Entries or to seek to participate under more than one identity. Any attempt to do so is grounds for disqualification. 

By participating, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Palms, which shall be final and binding in all respects, subject to NRS §463.362. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, illegible, inaccurate or undelivered entries; or for any other mechanical, technical or human error of any type whatsoever. Palms reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries or Entrants and disqualify such Entrants who Palms believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.

Miscellaneous:   The Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize. Palms reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion (or portion thereof) for any reason, PALMS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION AND RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PERMITTED BY LAW. Palms reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Promotion at any time and without notice. 

Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively the state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, subject to NRS §463.362. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Palms in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Nevada and applicable Regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission and Nevada Gaming Control Board.
