Overview:

1.    Participation in the “Palms App Free Play” Promotion is limited to Club Serrano members who have not linked to the Palms app. 

2.    The promotion period will take place beginning at 12:00PM on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, and ending at 11:59PM on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

3.    The promotion is tier specific, and the value of the awards is based on their active level.

4.    The promotion is not valid for Club Serrano members who have an existing app during the promo period.

5.    Participants Tier status must be active and current during the roll out date of the promotion.

6.    Each individual Tier level must download the Palms App and link their Club Serrano account during the promotion period. Participants who download the Palms App and link their Club Serrano account will receive a specific Free Play reward according to their Tier status.

7.    Free play must be redeemed between 12:01AM on Friday, June 20th to 11:59PM on Friday, June 27, 2025, Participants must activate the awarded Free Play by swiping their Club Serrano card at any Marketing Kiosk at Palms Casino Resort.

8.    Once activated, Free Slot Play will be awarded onto the card automatically. Free Play activation after the promotional period below will not roll over or extend.

9.    Linking and unlinking the account from the app will disqualify them from the promo.

10.    Free Slot Play Reward will be valid for 24 hours from issuance and cannot be transferred nor extend the validity. 

General Rules:

11.    Must be 21 years of age or older to participate and must be a member of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.

12.    Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

13.    When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, a W-9, and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize.

14.    Each Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prizes they receive.

15.    Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.

16.    The published Official Prize Structure is final and will not be modified. The published Official Prize Structure will be paid as published.

17.    Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances.

18.    Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions").

19.    Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions.

20.    By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the giveaway. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.

21.    By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.

22.    Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.

23.    Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway.

24.    Employees of Palms Casino Resort and their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, franchisees, and advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners).

25.    Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/event is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.

26.    Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value.

27.    Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
