These Official Rules govern the promotional activities occurring at Palms Casino Resort. For portions of the Promotion occurring at Yaamavá Resort & Casino, please see Yaamavá’s official rules available at: www.yaamava.com/casino/promotions. In the event of a conflict between Yaamavá’s rules and these Official Rules, these Official Rules and NRS §463.362 shall govern all aspects of the Promotion occurring at Palms Casino Resort.

1. Participation in the “Email for Audi E-Tron” Drawing is limited to Club Serrano members.
2. Winners must have an active email address on their Club Serrano Account. If a weekly winner does not have an email address on file, they can supply one at the time of claiming to receive the weekly prize but will not be eligible for the bonus of $500 Free Play/Promo Chips. All twenty (20) finalists on August 30, 2025, must have a valid email address on file to be able to claim their prize, otherwise prizes will be forfeited.

4. Drawing Location: Near Unknown Bar at Palms Casino Resort
5. The weekly qualifier drawings from July 12, 2025 – August 23, 2025, will have two (2) drawing periods.
   1. 6pm – 1st Period
   2. 8pm – 2nd Period
6. The finale Drawing on August 30, 2025, will have an hourly drawing from 6p-9p; the finale drawing will consist of four (4) drawings, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm and 9pm.
7. Participants must be present at all drawings to win. 

8. Ways to Enter: 

   1. Participating Slots or Table game players will receive one (1) virtual drawing entry into the Drawing for every twenty-five (25) Tier Points earned from playing eligible slots or table games (excluding electronic table games) during the promotional Earning Period described below.
   2. Email Exclusive Bonus – each Monday beginning July 14, 2025, new valid emails entered from July 01, 2025, will receive 100 bonus entries into the applicable weekly drawing. Participants must provide their valid email on or before 11:59pm, Thursday.
   3. Existing Club Serrano members that have a valid email address on their Club Serrano account will automatically receive 100 Bonus Entries for July 12, 2025, drawing.
   4. Thursday 100 Bonus Entries – earn 100 tier points from playing eligible slots or table games between 12am-5am on Thursdays beginning July 10, 2025 – August 28, 2025. Must swipe cards at the marketing kiosk to receive 100 Bonus Entries into the weekly drawing.

   Note: All weekly bonus entries are only valid for the applicable drawing dates on which it was earned and will not roll over to the subsequent drawings. However, all bonus entries will roll over to the Finale Drawing on August 30, 2025, if REACTIVATED in the manner described below, subject to Rule #12.

9. Tier Points must be earned during the promotional Earning Period(s) below:
   1. July 12, 2025, Drawing Earning period: July 05, 2025, at 12:01am - July 12, 2025, at 7:30pm
   2. July 19, 2025, Drawing Earning period: July 13, 2025, at 12:01am – July 19, 2025, at 7:30pm
   3. July 26, 2025, Drawing Earning period: July 20, 2025, at 12:01am – July 26, 2025, at 7:30pm
   4. August 02, 2025, Drawing Earning period: July 27, 2025, at 12:01am – August 02, 2025, at 7:30pm
   5. August 09, 2025, Drawing Earning period: August 03, 2025, at 12:01am – August 09, 2025, at 7:30pm.
   6. August 16, 2025, Drawing Earning period: August 10, 2025 – August 16, 2025, at 7:30pm.
   7. August 23, 2025, Drawing Earning period: August 17, 2025 – August 23, 2025, at 7:30pm.
   8. FINALE Drawing on August 30, 2025, Drawing Earning period: July 05, 2025, at 12:01am through August 30, at 8:45pm.
10. Participants must activate their drawing entries during the weekly activation period described below.
11. Weekly Drawing Activation period:
    1. 6pm drawing – entries must be activated within one (1) hour before the drawing time on drawing date
    2. 8pm drawing – entries must be activated within one (1) hour before the drawing time on drawing date
12. Finale Drawing Activation period on August 30, 2025.
    1. All entries must be activated within one (1) hour before drawing time i.e. 5pm for 6pm drawing etc.
13. All Participants must activate their drawing entries the day of the drawing by swiping their club card at any Marketing kiosks, or by having an active rated slot or table session closed.
14. Weekly earned entries that are activated for that applicable drawing date will ONLY be valid for both periods (6pm and 8pm).
15. Entries, regardless if activated, are only valid for those applicable drawing dates on which it was earned and will NOT be valid for subsequent drawings. However, all earned drawing entries will be eligible to rollover to the Finale Drawing on August 30, 2025, at 6pm,7pm,8pm and 9pm, if REACTIVATED in the manner described above, subject to Rule #11.
16. The Weekly Drawing will have five (5) potential winners per drawing period for a total of (10) winners each drawing week. If the selected winners have a valid email address attached to their Club Serrano account at the time of drawing, those winners will receive a free slot play bonus or promo chip of Five Hundred Dollars ($500).
17. For the weekly drawing, five (5) names will be drawn at the same time and will be given two (2) minutes to claim their prize.
18. If the name drawn does not show up within two (2) minutes, there will be up to two (2) redraws for both drawing periods.  At the end of the total of three (3) draws, if all five finalists are not filled, the prize not selected will be forfeited.
19. The finale drawing on August 30, 2025, will have an hourly drawing from 6pm-9pm. There will be a total of twenty (20) finale winners.
20. Participants may only win once per week but can win more than once in the finale on August 30, 2025. 

21. Details of the finale and hourly drawing periods below:

    1. 6pm – First drawing period will have (5) winners of $1,000 free slot play or Single use Promo Chips
    2. 7pm – Second drawing period will have (5) winners of $1,500 free slot play or Single use Promo Chips
    3. 8pm – Third drawing period will have five (5) winners total, each potential winner will be called one at a time to claim the prize from the lowest prize 10th place ($2,000) to the highest prize 6th place ($4,000).
    4. 9pm – Final drawing period will have five (5) winners total, potential winners will be called all at once to confirm their spot and play the reveal game to win the top five (5) prizes. 

    If the name drawn does not show up within two (2) minutes, there will be up to two (2) redraws for all drawing periods in the finale. At the end of the total of three (3) draws, if all spots are not filled, the prize not selected will be forfeited. 

22. Any unclaimed spot and the associated prizes will be forfeited
23. Five (5) potential winners for the 9pm finale drawing will choose an object to reveal their prize. One (1) out of five (5) winners will win the 2025 Audi E-Tron® with an estimated value of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000). See the prizes and details below.
24. All Winners of Free Slot play may choose between free slot play or Single Use promo chips valid at Palms Casino Resort and must inform the promotions representative of their decision before signing the winners’ log form.
25. The Grand Prize Winner of the 2025 Audi E-Tron must either accept the vehicle as is or disclaim the prize altogether. There will be no cash or Free Slot Play in lieu of the vehicle. Winners must inform the Palms promotions representative of their decision on or before 12:00pm on September 02, 2025, or the prize package shall be automatically forfeited back to Palms without any replacement prize. All Prize Winners should contact their designated Palms Promotion Department representative in advance of the aforementioned deadline for any questions regarding the prize package. If the grand prize winner accepts the vehicle, (i) proof of liability insurance for the vehicle and a valid driver’s license prior to vehicle departure from Palms or (ii) winner must arrange at a professional tow of the vehicle from Palms, all at grand prize winners’ sole cost. The vehicle is accepted as is, where-is Palms, and must be retrieved within ten (10) business days after the Grand Prize drawing. For vehicles that require a transfer of title and arrangements with the dealership, etc., this process may take up to two weeks or longer from the date the prize was awarded.
26. The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees (including registration fees), towing for the vehicle, etc.

28. Participants drawn must have a valid photo ID and their Club Serrano Player’s Card with them to be verified to claim the Prize.  
29. Free Slot Play or Promo Chips will be loaded upon conclusion of the drawing, given that the winner’s eligibility has been confirmed.
30. Free Slot Play and Promo Chips will be valid for 30 days from issuance.
31. Any prize won will be awarded to the primary registered Participant.
32. All paperwork must be completed after the winner has been verified and confirmed.

General Rules:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.
2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g. W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes.  
4. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.  
5. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances.  
6. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions.
7. By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.
8. By participating in this Drawing, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes. This Drawing is also subject to Palms Casino Resort's Privacy Policy: www.palms.com/privacy-policy.
9. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
10. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing.  
11. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize 
12. Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.  
13. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value.  
14. For in-person (“must be present to win”) drawings, Palms may announce a potential winner’s first name and last initial, last four digits of a Club Serrano account, and/or first name/last name (or any combination thereof). Listen carefully to the drawing instructions announced by the MC and have your Club Serrano card in-hand. Failure to claim your prize within the allotted timeframe will disqualify you from the prize.
15. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
