PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
Palms Casino Resort (“Palms”) will authorize and/or charge your payment card for (i) all applicable room rates, resort fees, taxes, along and (ii) an incidental/security deposit of at least $100 per day (depending on room type). You authorize all persons in the room to charge to your account from anywhere in the Resort unless you direct the Front Desk in advance to deny all room charges. You are personally responsible for all charges incurred prior to departure, including any charges not yet posted prior to check-out, regardless of any billing or master account arrangements. Room rates are for double occupancy; additional guest(s) are subject to an additional nightly charge of $30 per guest (plus tax) up to occupancy limit. If you checkout prior to your confirmed departure date, you may be charged an early departure fee, depending on your original reservation terms. Resort Fee is $42.99 per day plus tax. Any complimentaries received are based on qualified casino play as determined by Palms.
NO SMOKING
All rooms are completely non-smoking, which may be monitored by Palms through the use of in-room technology. This includes cigarettes, e-cigs, vapes, hookahs, marijuana, etc. If smoking occurs during your stay, a cleaning fee of no less than $500 (more depending on room type) will be assessed to your account along with any related damages. Note: possession or use of marijuana is strictly prohibited anywhere on Palms property. Contact a Palms employee for details.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Checkout time is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability and additional fee. Contact Front Desk for availability.
PRIVACY & ROOM ENTRY
For privacy, Palms does not generally permit our room attendants to enter a room displaying a 'Do Not Disturb' sign. Notwithstanding, Palms staff may inspect any guest room every 48 hours to verify room condition, and Palms reserves the right to enter a room at any time for emergency purposes or to check for safety.
LIABILITY
You are personally liable for all damages to the room and public spaces at Palms (including costs of collection and attorney fees) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay, which may include a supplemental cleaning fee for any room that is excessively soiled (as determined by Palms management), if applicable. To the maximum extent provided by Nevada law (NRS §651), Palms is not responsible for theft, loss, damage or destruction of any property. Each room is equipped with a door security latch and fireproof safe for safekeeping of your property.
PROHIBITED ITEMS & ACTIVITIES
The following items and activities are prohibited: (i) weapons (including firearms), regardless of any concealed carry permit; (ii) use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones); (iii) pets (service animals allowed); (iv) bulk outside food & beverage (corkage fees may apply; coolers are also prohibited except for medical purposes); (v) public/commercial/ticketed events in your room; (vi) hanging items (including clothing) from or otherwise tampering with fire sprinklers; (vii) commercial/professional filming of any kind; and (viii) any other item or activity Palms deems obnoxious, offensive, unsafe or illegal, in our sole discretion. You must be 21+ to reserve a room with valid ID. Room occupancy maximum: 4 (specialty suites vary). Children under 16 may not be left unattended in a room. Failure to abide by Palms terms or other rules of the premises is grounds for immediate eviction without refund and may result in legal action against you.
