  • There is a $36.48 (tax inclusive) Resort Fee per night due at check in. Resort Amenity Fees are subject to change.
  • Resort Amenity Fee includes: Wireless High Speed In-Room Internet, Unlimited Local and 800 calls, Fitness Center access, complimentary self and valet parking
  • You must be 21 years of age to reserve and check in to a room. A valid state or federal issued photo ID must be presented upon check in. Only the guest assigned to the room is permitted to check into the room. At hotel check-in, each assigned guest will be required to provide valid state or federal issued photo ID.
  • Check in time is after 3pm. Check out time is by 11am.
  • The credit or debit card used to reserve your reservation will be required upon arrival to register. If you are paying with a credit card, you must present the credit card at check-in unless a previously arranged third party credit card authorization is completed for the booking. If you are not the credit card holder, please contact Room Reservations for details on our credit card policy. We will place an authorization against this account to cover applicable charges for room, taxes and resort fees, as well as a $100 incidental amount per day to allow you access to room charging privileges and may result in additional authorizations should your charges exceed the originally approved amount. Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. If you use a debit card, you acknowledge that unused funds may be subject to an additional delay before they are returned. Availability of funds after check-out are managed solely by each individual financial institution. You authorize us to place a hold against your credit or debit card to guarantee any and all charges and, in the event that you do not settle your account subsequent to your departure, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what you owe.
  • You have the option to change your check out date at any time prior to check-in or at check-in without being charged an early departure assessment. However, if, after checking-in, you decide to check out prior to your confirmed departure date, then you will be charged an early departure assessment in the amount equal to the applicable rate and taxes you were quoted for the night you are departing (and, if specifically included by booked offer, all other remaining nights of your stay).
  • Your card will be charged in the amount equal to the applicable rate and taxes you were quoted for the first night of the reservation, unless specifically indicated by booked offer such as a prepaid non-refundable booking. Gift cards, prepaid and pre-loadable cards are not accepted. This may include but is not limited to Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and Chime. Any and all processed payments will be verified at the Front Desk the day of arrival. Should an unapproved payment process the transaction will be refunded at check-in and a new form of payment may be requested for all remaining room, tax, and incidentals.
  • Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid any applicable penalties up to the full amount of the reservation as indicated at the time of booking.
  • We recommend that multiple reservations have the name of the additional guest in each room, listed on the reservation.
  • For group reservations of 10 or more rooms, please call 1-866-752-2236.
  • There is an additional charge of $30 plus tax per occupant, per night, above 2 occupants per room
  • The maximum number of occupants per room is 4.   Themed Suites, Penthouses, and Villas subject to maximum occupancy per Clark County occupant load.
  • Room types and room locations are based on request and will be assigned at the time of check in.
  • Early check-in and Late check-out may be granted for a fee, subject to availability. Contact the Front Desk for availability while on property.
  • Rollaways are an additional $35 per night and refrigerators are an additional $30 per stay, plus applicable taxes. Based on availability and can be requested upon check in.
  • Firearms are not permitted on the premises of Palms or Palms Place resort including within our hotel rooms. If requested, safekeeping of properly registered firearms can be arranged.
  • Pets are not permitted except for service animals, and may not be left unattended in the room.
  • Smoking of any kind in a non-smoking room will incur a $500.00 cleaning fee.  Please note that e-cigs, vapors, hookahs, marijuana, etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. We have designated smoking areas throughout the casino, bars and other areas where you may smoke (but use of marijuana is prohibited in both smoking and non-smoking areas). Contact a resort employee for location information regarding designated smoking areas.
  • Responsibility for Charges and Damages.  You agree that regardless of billing or master account arrangements, you are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are further liable for all damages to the room(s) and public space at Palms/and or Palms Place caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. You agree that any guests in your room are authorized by you to charge to the room from anywhere in the resort unless you advise the Front Desk otherwise.  Pursuant to Nevada Innkeepers Statutes, the Hotel is not responsible for loss of money, jewelry, documents, or other articles left in the suite or suite safe.
  • Children under the age of 16 may not be left unattended in the room.
  • Pool hours are seasonal and subject to change based on season, weather and special events.
