Frequently Asked Questions
I’m a Club Serrano member at Yaamava’, will I have to sign up for an account at Palms and get a new card?Your current Club Serrano account and card can be used at the Palms, just like you do at Yaamava’. It will work at the slot machines, table games, hotel and other places you use your card at Yaamava’ today.
I’m a Club Serrano Diamond member at Yaamava’, will I be a Club Serrano Diamond member at the Palms?Yes. Regardless of your tier level, your tier at BOTH properties will always be the SAME. Tier status is based on tier points earned at BOTH properties, Yaamava’ and Palms. Your tier points earned at Yaamava’ AND tier points earned at the Palms will count toward your tier status in Club Serrano.
What if I had an account at the Palms before?Some of the previous Palms accounts will be added into Club Serrano. For those accounts, guests will still need to come to the Palms or Yaamava’ to set up a PIN and pick up their Club Serrano card. If your information is not in Club Serrano, we will be happy to set up a new account for you in Club Serrano and present you with a card that you can use at either Palms or Yaamava’.
What are Tier Points, Slot Points and Earned Rewards? How do I earn them and how do I redeem them?All 3 are earned at both properties by using your players card at the slot machines, by inserting it into the card reader or at the table games by providing it to the table games dealer when you start your play. Tier Points are earned at both slots and tables and accumulate on a calendar basis from January 1 to December 31. Tier Points are used to determine your Club Serrano Tier at both properties. See Club Serrano Rules for details. Slot Points are earned at the slot machines only. Regardless of where they are earned, your Slot Points can be redeemed for free play at the slot machines at either property. See Club Serrano Rules for details. Earned Rewards are earned at the slot machines and table games. Earned Rewards can be spent at most food and beverage, retail and hotel outlets. Regardless of where they are earned, Earned Rewards can be redeemed at either property (where Club Serrano cards are accepted). See individual properties for locations and details.
I’m a Club Serrano member at Yaamava’, will I have to provide my mailing address and e-mail address at the Palms.If that information is already on your Club Serrano account at Yaamava’, it will be on that same account for Palms, with the same Club Serrano Account Number.
So, I can just bring my same Club Serrano card to either property and it will work? What if I lose my card?Exactly! If you lose your card, just visit any Club Serrano booth at either property, show them your ID and they will provide you with a replacement card for your existing Club Serrano Account Number. That replacement card will now work at either property.

Official Rules
Club Serrano
- Club Serrano membership is free.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
- Valid, unexpired U.S. Government-issued photo identification is required when applying for membership and for all player transactions.
- Club Serrano club card points, offers and Earned Rewards are not transferable. Benefits are intended for the member listed on the account only, and only the named account holder may use the card or access account information. Members are not allowed to share their Club Serrano card with another player. In addition, members (or players who do not have a Club Serrano card) are not allowed to use the Club Serrano card belonging to another player. Any member or player violating such rules may be excluded (banned) from the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and Palms Casino Resort gaming facilities.
- Club Serrano card does not constitute a financial account and does not entitle the player to any financial services. The term “account” is used solely to describe the Club Serrano card which is used primarily for tracking gaming activity, transactional activity, and Earned Rewards.
- Members should report a lost or stolen card immediately. A duplicate card can be issued with proper identification. Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and Palms Casino Resort are not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards.
- Members with proper identification wishing to play multiple machines simultaneously may request duplicate cards. Distribution of cards to players other than those registered to the account may result in revocation of membership and forfeit of any Earned Rewards, points, promotional offers or other club privileges. Violations relating to the aforementioned activity may also result in the member being excluded (banned) from the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and Palms Casino Resort gaming facilities. Advantage or team play is expressly prohibited and may result in the exclusion (banning) of those players participating in such activity.
- Club Serrano cards are used to track slot and table games play and accumulate Tier Points, Slot Points and Earned Rewards by the member only.
- For each $1 wagered in slot machines, members earn 1 Slot Point and 1 Tier Point. For each $2 wagered in video poker machines at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, members earn 1 Slot Point and 1 Tier Point. For each $4 wagered in video poker machines at Palms Casino Resort, members earn 1 Slot Point and 1 Tier Point.
- Slot Points can be converted to Free Play – $1 for 500 points. Minimum redemption is $5 for Yaamava Resort & Casino. Palms Casino Resort minimum redemption is $1.
- Tier Points for table game play are based on game type, average bet and time played.
- Earned Rewards can be redeemed at participating food outlets, retail shops for entertainment tickets and more.
- The member is responsible for their Club Serrano card to be inserted properly in the slot machines and/or presenting their card to a Dealer or Table Games Supervisor prior to playing to ensure proper tracking.
- Club Serrano Tier Level is based on points earned in a calendar year. Membership that shows no activity for a period of twelve (12) months will be considered inactive. Remaining points and earned rewards may be retired.
- Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction or operator error or to cancel accounts for fraud or other misuse or attempted fraud or misuse of the Club Serrano card.
- Players agree to allow the use of their name or likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation where permitted.
- All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules and eligibility for this club lie solely with Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and Palms Casino Resort, whose decisions are final.
- Management reserves the right to modify, cancel, change or revise policies and benefits at any time without notice.
- Individuals who are excluded from the casino by their own request or excluded at the discretion of Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and Palms Casino Resort are ineligible.
- Employees of Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and Palms Casino Resort are not eligible for Club Serrano membership.
- By participating in this program, participants agree to these terms, conditions and rules. If a participant would like to opt out of correspondence from the casino they should notify Club Serrano management. Unauthorized or fraudulent use may result in termination of benefits and/or membership.
